Most US teams don't have a Manager, and most of them stream. They make ever so much more money off streams than they do through tournaments and riot. Thanks to TheOddOne, Dyrus, and Chaox they can effectively live in their house without having to go to tournaments for "2 years".

Ha ha ha, I was wondering why they banned those champions.

That usually happens when an issue occurs at the beginning of the game (say during the loading screen), and they choose to remake it because there's nothing lost from doing that. Normally in re-makes, they keep the same picks as was before, so they tend to mess around spelling cute stuff with the ban picks.

Regarding the bans themselves, TSM has been quite lackluster in these past major tournaments.
