#7 does not apply to the issue of Pirvate Servers whatsoever, only if your account has ever had any instances of suspensions/bannings.

Private servers- it doesn't matter what game it is; it doesn't matter what the justifications is; the bottom line is that all private servers are illegal. The content that appears on Nexon's website and in its games are Nexon's protected intellectual property. both are pretty clear warnings to everyone to avoid playing private servers. and while yes this is still vague, it does not entirely relate to "previous abuse." however, playing a private server doesnt apply to abuse. by definition alone of abuse it doesnt apply to ones playing of a private server, and sure it hasnt been stated yet whether or not one can be outright banned for playing a private server as far as i know, they have stated it is illegal and that... /* now im starting to see the connection... loose as it is... */ in itself is grounds enough for a person to have their account banned. unlikely as it may be, there is still a minute chance that it can happen.

It's not loose. You are over-complicating the issue by filling in your own supposition. The entirety of your argument is based on assuming that it's a crime and that it's a crime that would be treated differently from any other crime they're already offering potential forgiveness for.

Fact:
Nexon has never stated it is against their ToS for a user to play a PServer. It's illegal for the PServer itself to exist and operate, but they can in no way shape or form dictate where you go, they can only try to discourage it.

Fact:
They can't outright forbid it and ban for it because if they ban you from GMS for playing a Private Server, where are you going to go? Back to the Private Server. They lose you either way.

Fact:
Even if they were punishing people for going to PServer, of which the only punishment they have available to them is banning, they've already stated that people with a negative history are encouraged to apply

Fact #3 is made entirely irrelevant by #1 and #2 unless your answer is that you own a PServer are still operating it today.
