    Yep, it was implemented with the Legendary rank, you can see their level requirements in this thread: http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=47311

    If you already have those potentials on lower leveled equips from before they added the level requirement, the game won't take it away from you, but if you cube it away, it's gone for good as it is no longer possible to get those potentials equips that don't meet the level requirement.

    Great. Now I'll be hesitant deciding which type of EE to use on my sword when these come out..
    throwing a 5 regular EEs and finishing off with as many miraculous EEs would leave me with over 300 attack on my weapon, while going full on miraculous EE would leave me at 299 and a bunch of str/dex on my weapon.

    Eh? There's no way you can get more attack with regular EEs than with miraculous EEs, since miraculous EEs include the regular EE effect on weapons.

    OH. I was under the impression that no attack was gained from miraculous EE 1-5. So I'm basically just losing out on 17 str? (i only have one enhance atm)

    And 17 DEX, and depending on how you scrolled it, 17 INT and 17 LUK, but yeah, that's all.

    You're right that Stars 1-5 don't give ATK/MATK for MEEs, but that's just for Armor, Weapons gain attack for those stars as well, and they continue to gain the normal bonus even after the 5th star. So if you have an Empress 200 something atk weapon at 5 stars, the 6th star will give you 5 atk, because it has 200+ atk, then 8 atk because it's a level 140 item, and then for some reason, weapons seem to get an extra attack for the 6th star and above, so it'd give 5+8+1, or +14atk for the 6th star.

    Some assumptions:
    1. I noticed that 120 items gained 10 more stats than Helisium, and Empress gained 10 more than 100 items, each of which are 40 levels apart, so I'm guessing it gains 10 stats over 40 levels, so while I initially thought Nova equips started off at 8, I believe it actually starts at 9 (though I'd like confirmation, does no one scroll Nova equips?), which would be 10 less than the Tyrant bonuses.
    2. 15 star tyrants have much more attack than they should if attack increases by one for each star, so I think for the last 5 stars, the attack difference between each star is actually 2 rather than 1.
    3. I completely guessed on level 90 and 130 equips, seriously, does no one ever scroll these?

    So 100 to all stats, and 80 att/m.att at 12 stars on 140 gear... that is insane. Better stockpile those MEEs by the TRUCKLOAD if/when we get them.

    I hope there's an event where we can get as many of these as possible through daily quests or something. Getting a few on specific dates (like KMS i think?) wouldn't be enough

    Does the equip need to have Str/Dex/Int/Luk/Att/M.Att in order for it to gain the +# into the stat? Or does it add all of them even if the equip didn't have them?

    They don't exist in KMS so he has no means of getting data for them. They'd probably gain 1 more attack/m.att per star after 5, and 2 more allstat per star for 1-5.

    It is hard as hell to get them now, considering they have only been given away one time and that was last year.
