they seem fun D:
*we got lunchboxes tho =) so we have a weapon advantage if you kept it clean with options open to perfectly scroll it
*we got enrage
*we got maple warrior
*we got rush (pwns at training, useless at lvl 200 tho f3)
*we got achilles/guardian (not a big deal but still)
*we got echo of a hero
*we got accuracy to actually hit a monster f3 (yea i know they can get enough acc easily)
and most important *we got PRIDE :P
either way this is going to be my mule
oh and yea soul thingy is pretty strong, once he has ac and equips equivalent to gms' equips then 1hko skele 100% is not out of the question
oh and one big question for anyone that can translate korean
what is the name of their 4th job skill window? is it there cause they didnt remove it yet or might they possibly add 4th jobs and remove the lvl 120 cap?! (the 4th job window comes available at lvl 120 but its empty)
actually, what are all their job names lol :P you can see the korean names in the video posted in page 6 on high quality

If these get implemented into Maple the way they are right now, I'm quitting.
Yeah, these are a blessing to all those who can't even get to 4th job, but for anyone who's gotten past 4th job this is a giant slap in the face. Additionally, once the massive amount of level 120's realize that they're too lame to fight Horntail and survive, they'll all quit at the thought of making a REAL character. Essentially, everyone will start quitting and Maple will die.
Oh yeah, the ease of leveling these jobs will lead to overcrowded high-level maps, and we're already having enough problems with overcrowdedness.

I think the situation should be made so that the "Blessing" skill is fixed. The way to fix the problem of over powered characters is to tweak the blessing skill so that...
If
the parent character is inferior to a lvl 120
then
the KoC class will be inferior to a lvl 120 @ lvl 120
If
the parent character is a lvl 200
then
The KoC class should be at the same power level as the parent character (Lvl 200 power levell (UNDER 9000))
That should fix the problem. In other words they should make the damage formulas weaker and more dependent on primary stats BUT increase the WA and MA greatly than it currently is AFTER lvl 12 Blessing.
So in other words: they should tweak the character so that the knights strenght at lvl 120 is dependent on the parent character. This IMO is a great idea actually for a lvl 200 character who doesnt wanna lvl another lvl 200 but still wants a very powerful character thats at a different job.
Im hoping it turns out like this
Make a cygnus warrior and get skill #1
Make a cygnus magician and get skill #2
Make a cygnus thief get skill 3
make a cygnus pirate get skill 4
make cygnus bowman get skill 5
"gotta Catch 'em all"or something like that. lol.
As for these classes bieng overpowered ... well if your gonna have to get 3-4 characters to level to 200 to max the new skills/skill*hopefully skills* you would hope that those new characters are strong enough to make life a tiny bit easier ... well ohkoing skellys at level 120 isn't just a tiny bit easier ... but yeah lol :P. The problem with the overpowering is that the maps for high levellers will get more crammed than they already are if getting to 1xx is easier on a cygnus charecter and they are stronger at 1xx than a 200 none cygnus. overcrowdedmania.
But for Nexon to release Cygnus they will probably set a limit to 1 cygnus knight per charecter. and probably other limiting factors like cygnus knight cannot outlevel his parent. and make it only that 1 skill *which is still a pretty awesome skill* to be gained. That way no overcrowding and people with at level 50 dont suddenly make a cygnus mule double their level. or something. Well Whatever is decided/made it will be a fun side story.

Is this like KMS or something?
-Totally lost-
Anyway, kewl. =)
These are good, but they seem to be trying to appeal to the casual mapler who will never get into the higher levels, I expect to see a bunch of these running around if we dont see a huge nerf >.>
For the average mapler/upper level person, these can be ks mules. Oh joy![]()
wtp HE GETS ECHO OF A HERO ON LVL120!
(for proof watch the vid)
The soul warrior is absolutely insane. Brandish, Combo, Adv combo, and another damage buff like holy charge.. AND a roar type move? This is just nuts. I'm so going to make one. xD
I REALLY hope that the thief version isn't like.. an assassin. It'd probably have an even more ridiculous damage multiplier than L7. I hope it's based off a bandit.
Wouldn’t that be better off in the post about the striker? What is with the talking in the video? :|
The striker seems less interesting than a Buc. It’s pretty much just the same two skills over and over.
I hope for the opposite, I hope for a much more stronger L7 and a better crit with a nerfed drain and avenger. Or a nerfed L7 but a SUPERIOR crit and SUPERIOR Triple Throw. I also want... Mesos Guard. I hope to see the assassin stronger than a 200 Gunslinger interms of DPM but a severely inferior L7 and make it so that those who do not get past 70 are screwed over by regular sins. Rawr.
KMST 1.2.176 has been released - Flame Wizard job is released and after level 70, you will be given 5 AP instead of 6.
Skills has been changed & fixed:
Combo Attack
Level 20: MP - 35 / 120% Damage / 200 Seconds / 5 orbs
Coma
Level 20: MP - 19 / HP - 20 / 170% Damage / 80% Probability to Stun for 3 seconds / 140 range
Panic
Level 20: MP - 17 / 320% Damage
Soul Charge
Level 20: MP - 35 / 120% Damage / 300 Seconds
There are more skill changes, Fiel will post them later.
