I sent in a ticket last night and I received my response early this afternoon. They're wiping my false ban history in the next server maintenance.
Would have been better if I hadn't gotten the autoban trip at all, but eh. pomegranate happens.

Well. I got my money's worth. spent some of the NX cubing my BaM's HTP (only item that was locked when i got hacked) went from 3l unique 12% int to 3l legend 27% int.
