I'd imagine that recording the whole thing would affect FPS, making it harder for a Zero to maneuver.

Same goes for any class.
I found that I don't lose any frames when I record to an external HD.

I don't like it either.
I'm still waiting for "Unobtrusive Damage Skin": small translucent digits that let you see the damage if you want to, while not obscuring everything else that's going on.

For the first time, I solo'd Chaos Zakum on my Xenon. It probably could've gone a lot faster if I had my links on him though. Also really reminded me how stupid most bosses are.
