Ult after the team initiates.
Guardsman Bob is famous for his insane antics during the Ionian vs Noxus match on Udyr. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, go to own3d.tv or YouTube and there's footage of him in that match). Also, he is a well-known high mid-ELO streamer and is generally very chill/doesn't rage (and cracks up some funny jokes at times).
I swear it's not my fault I have to leave now; my mom said she would leave in 3, not 2 hours >_>.
Those days when I told my mom to sit down and shut up because of LoL. Them days man.
Congrats to this thread on 500 pages.![]()
Go Q>E>W>Q>Q>R. I usually max out my Q first before going for my E or my W (Depends if i need more the CC or the ASP).
My route usually is Smite Blue Wraith>Wolves>Fear the Golem im not attacking and smiting the golem i am>the 2 minions near red then go back to base. Then kill Red and usually go with ganks or kill wraiths again or go for blue.
Item build: Cloth Armor and 2 pots, then on the first B The swords for the Razors and maybe the razors if i managed to get the money and 2 pots, finish razors if i havent already and if i ganked go straigh for life steal to forget about pots or boots. Rest depends on you.
Also you NEVER INITIATE a Team fight, they tend to burst you down pretty quickly. You usually initiate Ganks with 3 or less people (And the number of teammates nearby).
Save your Ult and when you see the first one running away with low health (Usually the carry if posible) Go in for the kill... But if you dont have HP then dont bother unless the enemy its pretty busy since you can STILL GET DAMAGED while flying, although you can not be interrupted by any kind of CC, supression(Havent been supressed midflight tbh),stun,knockup,etc, mid flight (It will said "Cant be Stunned/Disable/W-E" in big red letters).
Also this is my own route, so if its efficient or not depends on you, but i liked this one and have been doing it almost everytime.

Shyvana's abilities (in detail). Original Thread here
Looks like she will be using the existing Fury system as a resourceAbilities:
* Twin Bite
o Shyvana strikes twice on her next attack. Both attacks trigger On-Hit effects and Fury of the Dragonborn effects.
o Dragon Form: Twin Bite cleaves all units in front of Shyvana.
* Burnout
o Shyvana deals magic damage per second to nearby enemies and her Movement Speed is greatly increased for 3 seconds. Shyvana's Movement Speed bonus is reduced over time.
o Dragon Form: Burnout scorches the earth, continuing to damage enemies that stand on it.
* Flame Breath
o Shyvana unleashes a fireball that deals magic damage and melts the target's Armor for 4 seconds.
o Dragon Form: Flame Breath engulfs all units in a cone in front of Shyvana.
* Dragon's Descent (Ultimate)
o Active: Shyvana transforms into a dragon and takes flight to a target location. Enemies along her path take magic damage and are knocked toward her target location.
o Passive: Shyvana reinforces her scales, increasing her Armor and Magic Resist. Defensive bonuses are doubled in Dragon Form.
* Fury of the Dragonborn (Passive)
o Shyvana's melee attacks enhance her abilities.
+ Twin Bite - Reduces the cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
+ Burnout - Extends the duration by 1 second to a maximum of 6 seconds.
+ Flame Breath - Deals 20% of the ability's damage to debuffed targets.
+ Dragon's Descent - Attacks generate 2 Fury* and Shyvana passively gains Fury* over time while in human form.
Analysis of her skills:
- Q could Proc with TriForce, possibly?
- Q (Dragon form) W (Dragon form), E (Dragon form), and R (Dragon form) are AoE skills
- Has a brief MS speed buff; that burst of MS could be used to chase enemies.
- Her E (normal form) is a single-target debuff
- Her ultimate looks to be an AoE knockup skill. Not to mention, the passive effect of the ultimate gives her some free defensive stats
- Her passive gives Shyvana enhanced capabilities to each of her abilities when she autoattacks
- Shyvana's ultimate has similar mechanics like Nidalee's Aspects of the Cougar because her ultimate is used to change states (from normal to Dragon and vice versa, in Shyvana's case). But since the full details of her ultimate are not out yet, I'll leave this to be and not make any baseless assumptions after this point.

Shyvana's Lore:
Inb4 someone points out Shyvana's origins.....if you know what I meanThere are those few dragons in Runeterra who have mastered the intense magical energies that course through their unique anatomies, evolving into an elusive Celestial Dragon. These powerful and enigmatic creatures spend most of their time hidden away from the lands of men. However, there are those who find themselves drawn to civilization and who take on human forms to immerse themselves in the world of humans. Occasionally, one finds itself drawn to the spirit of a human and they have relations. Sometimes, in the slimmest of odds, the union will bear fruit and that offspring will be one of the few half-dragons to have graced Runeterra. Shyvana is one such creature, born to a simple Demacian farm-girl and her Celestial Dragon father. Left to be raised by her mother, her oddities were something that couldn't be hidden from her community, though she was protected by her family. Once her family had perished in disaster, she was left alone for the first time – truly alone. Shyvana quickly became an outsider and it wasn't long before the community's fear began to put her in danger. Facing mortal danger at the business end of an angry mob, she was rescued by the traveling noble, Jarvan Lightshield. The noble was a man who strangely knew exactly what she was and took her under his wing. It wasn't long before she was offered a chance to use her natural skills in the service of Demacia, as Jarvan initiated her as one of the elite guard. Following Jarvan into the League of Legends was only natural.
Shyvana is a fierce warrior, with the blood of one of the most powerful magical predators in all creation flowing through her veins. Unlike some of her fellows, she is a subdued personality – somber, cool, and collected. However, when the moment strikes, her draconian heritage manifests and there are few that can stare her in the eyes and not feel the primal urge to flee.
“By the blood of my father, I will end you!”
Shyvana... Riot take my money!!! (If only i had any QQ)
Skill order is correct. Don't get E at Level 2 like Fenix said. You want more attack speed to proc your passive early on for the heals/extra damage. E at Level 4 is so you can start ganking. (I'm sure you already knew that though). Ganking pre-6 is okay with Nocturne. I find that unless the unless enemy team is really overextended it's going to be hard to get a kill because you have to land that Q and fear them before they get in range of their turret. After 6 his ganks are incredible. Usually if your teammates can handle a duel you can get them to initiate and then jump in for a surprise 2v1 or 3v2.
For counterjungling I can't say much there because I'm not comfortable counterjungling myself. You need to be aware of the enemy's route so you don't get caught. It's also generally not a good idea to counterjungle the stronger junglers like Udyr, Trundle and Lee Sin because if you get caught that usually means you'll die.
For teamfights wait until your team initiates, as others have said. If you're fed you can ult in and go to town after your team has initiated. Otherwise usually save your ult for a fleeing enemy (but make sure you don't ditch your team if they can't handle 4v4 without you) or retreating.
I hope that helps. I don't play Nocturne as much as I used to so if I'm wrong on anything there someone feel free to correct me.
And I just hit 6300 IP again.
Welp. Better buy Shyvana.
