Honestly? Meh. My highest level ever is a 110, give or take (that's not pitiful at all, eh?). I never would have made it to 200, so I really don't care.
The one thing I would like is if they did that 25% increase in level for each character, but only because I'd get free levels on my characters. Besides that, me no care.

The question: If I have maxed ambition (5% less exp loss on death) and an SS Cannoneer (5% less exp loss on death) would I lose 0% exp when I die?
It doesn't mean that at all. All it means is that the new Level 250 bosses will make PB, Cygnus, etc. turn into the new Zakums, and Zakum will be the new Papalatus. That's what it means.
You know what this stupid decision also means? Instead of not having content for Level 200s, we'll just have no content for Level 200-250s instead. It also means that people with infinite funds will further divide the power difference. Nexon is just digging the already massively deep hole for the game deeper. Someone just needs to throw a rock in there now, kill it, and bury it.
This is probably a purposeful prelude to MapleStory 2. Kill MS1 so that MS2 looks more appealing. I guess that's their plan. It's a stupid one if you ask me.
So we finally hit the "1+ Trillion" HP mark.
I've always been a too low level to enjoy bossing content..
In order to level up you need better equips, and from 120 onwards they only drop from bosses. Bosses which are about level 160+. How that does make sense? and then these new level 150 equips are dropped by level 180 bosses. So the only way to get these equips is to get more money and buy them. But how do you get items to sell for money if there is nothing worth you getting if you can't kill bosses?
There's no sense of progression here.. in order to be a high enough level to get 120 equips from Pink Bean you are already high levelled enough to wear the strongest equipment about 30 levels higher than that.
Maybe it's just me, but i think equips from 120+ should be just a bit more accessible and not only from bosses.
I find myself very indifferent about this.
I just recently got my first level 200 after having played since day 1 of closed beta, and even though I knew it was essentially inevitable the cap would be raised, I can't help but feel my achievement, albeit belittled these past few years since leveling is so easy now, becomes meaningless.
And at the same time I look forward to it somewhat, because I want to see how they handle it.
The more the patches come, the more I wonder when I should really quit this game.
I guess this isn't bad. People complained leveling was too easy, here ya go.
Can't wait for the race to 250. I haven't done 8h long 2x/4x grind sessions since before Big Bang, this is probably going to be much the same ^__^
So looking forward to this :D
Now to decide whether I want to cap my DB or my Shadower, though I'm leaning towards Shadower (since I haven't actually "trained" on her in what seems like ages). Hopefully they buff boss EXP so people can actually do bosses for EXP again.
