Gallant Battle Manual - Practice

I'm fairly certain that you get this from PVP (and somehow gallant emblems)

However, I've been searching online and nobody explicitly states where/how to get them.

Additionally, if they are from PVP - if you trade kills for BP, on average how many gallant emblems do you get in an hour?

Battle manuals are gotten from trading in Gallant Emblems.
Gallant Emblems are gotten from PvP dailies and trading in BP.

How many Emblems you get per hour is highly dependent on how active PvP is in your server.

You honestly could have answered your own question if you actually bothered checking the PvP NPC shop...

100 Emblems from the NPC.
Imo, 100 emblems is too much when you could make weapons, sell the weapons for much more than what the manual would cost, and then buy the manual from someone.
I bought one in Bera for 700m and transferred it in among other things.

I got the 3 ATT manual from a random battle pouch, second try.

Then it got rolled back. :|

If pvp gets removed (when is that Union or Justice?) is it possible to get those Battle Manual pocket items from somewhere else? Or are they gone too?

Also I heard that when pvp gets removed, Emblems start dropping from all monsters, is that true, what is the droprate and are they tradable?

PVP is removed in the first patch of Justice, and you trade in all items with INKWELL.

Aha, but the Emblems start dropping from normal monsters? Since you also need Emblems to make shoulder pads 'n stuff. :)

Also, from anecdotal comments on the site from KMSers, due to hackers, the Manuals get far cheaper or at least more abundant.

Still untradeable and they have the drop rate of PoTs, supposedly "Oblivion" droprate.

I have only ever gotten about 20 total on all characters, even avoiding PQ's like the devil.

It might just be safer to spend 1 bil or so and just grab it now.
Wouldn't want some random thing happening to emblems, and having it disappear forever :(
