Argh you guys all make this class sound so good......
So tempted to switch over my TB's gear now. Capping every hit for once might actually be nice, lol.

No, I mean personally I'll be able to given my level of funding.
Earlier in the thread I posted that I did the calculations for how much I'd hit on an Eunwol. I'm a Thunder Breaker right now, I hit about 35ms on non-phys resist bosses with 12k str, 1.6k w.att, and 255% boss. On an Eunwol, that'd get pushed up to 50ms on the same monsters, and plus I'd have actual PDR instead of a pineappleing trash 9% every other attack.
Phys. Resist monsters would again depend on how Soul Division's damage buff actually works, as that's where TBs somewhat shine, given their 50% elemental ignore.
a TB's combo system make it an annoying class to boss on, but their skills and playstyle appeal to me a lot. If Soul Division really makes Eunwol that good of a bosser though, it'd be really tempting to switch over my gear.
No, attacking the soul attacks the boss also which would proc the DR, it's still an insane bosser (and insane bossing support).
Yeah it basically creates a copy of the boss the shares HP pool of the original boss/mob, although the soul may not cast buffs attacking the soul while the body has DR will activate DR. (I tested with Dark Soul, Hilla and Bloody Queen)
I cannot say much on Chaos Pierre I can't really test on that but here are the scenarios.
Situation = Chaos Pierre Splits into two.
Scenario 1 = Soul Division on one pierre and attacking the soul will damage both pierre
Scenario 2 = Soul Division on one pierre and attacking the soul will only damage the pierre you soul division'd
Scenario 3 op = Soul Division on both pierres and attacking the two souls alone would damage both pierres twice
Scenario 4 = Soul Division on both pierres and attacking the two souls alone would damage both pierres once
If you attack a Soul-Divided boss using a 1v1 skill (or as an Enraged Hero), does it still hit both the boss and the Soul, or just one of them?
I think it might be better to call the soul a "Mirror Image" esq skill from dual blders instead of shadow partner.
The mirror image will take the damage if the regular form isn't availble to damage [IE vellum]
And just think that the image's hp is connected to the real boss's hp.
Do bosses resist Soul-Divide after it has been used on them like they do bind?
if you believe in the power of MEE anything is possible
slowly been recubing my stuff to % str for this class. The only reason why I want to try out this class is for c.vellum.
Looks extremely useful in a party for certain bosses, but so boring... I'll make one for the card I guess, could throw it in with Xenon and Mechanic for the Pirate deck effect at least.
I'd assume that since the first pierre goes away, its soul would also go away. All three are different bosses, technically, correct? If so then it'd probably just vanish with regular pierre. You'd have to re-use it once they split.
Just an assumption, though. Depends what ACTUALLY happens to the first pierre.
I think you guys are missing the most obvious option, which would be the game crashing.
I uploaded this video after Nexon changed Eunwol game play for the third time.
Anyway in the video I used Soul Division on the Red Pierre and attacking the soul will still damage the boss when it disappears and etc, and the most important part is when Pierre changed color the soul disappeared at the same time so Blundy is correct.
I'd also like to make it clear that hitting the soul would damage the body too (and vise versa) so hitting both the Boss/Mob and the Soul with one skill would make that skill hit x4 (as if it was casted 4 times) so with the additional 50% damage that is ultimate burst
