Just what you think, this is a theme song exclusive to TaiwanMS, they use it as their login BGM in their latest patch and also for a music video creation event recently.

The files are still on the server, actually.

Thanks for that information though. Just got done deleting the files and reuploading them with the correct file names. I'm pretty amazed you had this information to begin with considering they're not listed on google or archive.org, how on earth did you find it?

I had it in my notes that I saved a couple years back. I also looked into the SWFs and that was how I was able to find tutorial_nora_jung.mp3 file which wasn't used in the game.
