Being able to adamantly and effective argue your position, even if you're wrong, is one of the best skills in life. What I said was a compliment; I cannot argue like you do.

The trend of bad includes: something hyped by NexonNA and content originally exclusive for GMS.
Sure, none of those classes were "bad," but they weren't designed by GMS. Yes, all content has to be coded/approved by Korea (or whatever the specifics were), but as long as we (I) assume this class was designed here, we (I) should be assuming it will be a disappointment.

We can both keep retorting what we see as erroneous and hypocritical. This whole thing is a matter of opinion.

I'd definitely say the ability to logically argue something in any circumstance is an important skill, but using it to try to prove fiction is another thing entirely.

Anyway, Nexon America has only had, I think, three bits of content that were hyped as "exclusive for GMS".
I believe those were Masteria, Visitors, and Capture The Flag.

Masteria was pretty much gold, and, despite some criticism, most people seemed to enjoy the Visitors event seeing how highly anticipated any resurgence is. I, for one, really enjoyed everything about it.
So that's 2/3 "good" exclusives.

Assuming this class was designed by Nexon America is a big leap in itself since (a) they've not made any suggestion of such a thing and (b) the fact that Taiwan MS had a similar announcement within days of GMS' would seem to indicate that it's the same class. I'm not the only one to consider (b) as an option.
So, if this class is to be shared, there's no reason that the idea had to come from GMS.

It's just as 'useless' as any of the Evolving Ring events.
That is to say, not at all.

In my head I can see this new job as something thats either one of two things...

A. Excessively weak.
B. Exceedingly strong.

Nexon America's track record is releasing things without a lot of testing (sidekick). I lean more towards A.

Unless this is something strictly supervised by Korea, expect hurricane+adv. mastery+Advanced Final Attack+ flash jump.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
Nexon Korea creats all content.

So I don't understand why you think Nexon America would be eager to throw Hurricane, Advanced Mastery, Advanced Final Attack, and Flash Jump on every class when Nexon Korea has been doing a good enough job all on their own.

I understand how the job IDs work, but it should be assumed that, being an 'exclusive class', that it's not going to fall in with an existing faction.
For example, anyone who believes that the Pirate Legend would be an 'exclusive class' should probably have their heads removed from their colons.
The same can probably be said about the Thief Resistance.

If there is one absolute trend in exclusive content, it's that it never touches on the main story i.e. the Black Magician.

@Viaje; Typically when something is a "global maplestory exclusive", it's simply released here first, and then released to other versions shortly thereafter in a slightly altered form.

I'm NOT expecting this "exclusive job" to be the pirate/thief legend at all, but it still wouldn't surprise me if it was. I believe in some interviews the exclusive class was even called a "hero" instead of a job/adventurer/what have you. Could just be bad word choice, but you never know. This IS NexonNA, after all. At least they seem like they're trying to get their pomegranate together now, which is nice.

The Black Magician's only weakness is the red flag on the red pedestal and the blue flag on the blue pedestal. Why we have to kill each other to expose this weakness, I don't know, but I'm sure this is the only way we can take down the Black Mage.

Jett is a really cool name for a job (of course we dont know if its called that but whatever).. Jump Quests are the bain of my existence ! but it will be fun to see if a). we can see other people in the map or b). be in instanced / separate maps.. I of course hope its (a) that way I can see other people fall / fail with me..

Yea, Bob is the green snail that spawns there. At first it was just a normal one but a few years ago GMS changed it to a boss named Bob due to popular lore.

Tie it all in to our Alien Invasion and you have something rather exclusive.

Few things:

1. Whenever there is a version update every WZ must be updated in order to update the offset encryption. All WZ files will be changed regardless.
2. It's just some mob sounds for the new enemies.

Seems like quests are glitched? Atleast the Victoria one trough the portal. Can't turn any in. Maple Island quests work fine.

And if you guys noticed, the locust race is coming out June 28th 2012 midnight and loca is coming out July 18th 2012.
Now heres the big news.. I'm not sure if its confirmed but its labeled as INCOMPLETE on the paper. A GMS revamp.. Big bang much? It said visit page 78 but from pages 54, everything else after was removed for some reason o-o Maybe they needed it, not sure.
