Mob Lag/Disarm makes the mob not attack at all. Such as was seen in the video. There's someone in the back not attacking, I'm assuming they're using no delay FA.

Honestly, I hope they ban every single person who was on the map when it died. Given that at least one person had to be hacking, and everyone else had to know about it, all of these runs are illegit.
