Oh nevermind, did fire demon lose its stun? O_o

Fiel, is buc's skill tables updated to 12.322 ? the current dmg for barrage only 360% and ds = 695%? just confirming.
I just need to check if the various boosts eg:
12.321/+55% to barrage
and
12.320 =+120%, 12.321/+15% to ds are already in or not.
at 695%, there is no gain between current ds (810%) and the new one
OLD DS 810% 46218.6~83802
New DS 695% 59732~85332
No gain? It got more stable by 13k damage...
I just noticed the new NL skill has two 20% values... What are those? One is aparently a chance to recover a star when throw, but the other?
ALSO! NINJA STORM. The one to push stuff... Is it me, or did it have the chance to knockback removed? Does that mean it's 100% knockback now!?
I NEED TO KNOW.
I think the weakened DS might be because of the speed increase, they made it weaker but now the delay is lower, Fiel can you tell us the delay for DS and the one for sharkwave please? I wanna know if it's close/the same.
i'm sad that they took out endure for bandits :(
These are up to date correct? Is Snipe 5 seconds again or is that just a typo?
I'm bummed that bowmen are being forced to use Final Attack now. If you check the total points for skills in 1st and 2nd job, you can max every single other skill and still have 2 points to spare. I hope something gets changed because it doesn't seem right to have so MORE than enough 2nd job SP for all the 2nd job skills. Unless they remove the 1 SP upon job advancement, we're stuck with at least level 2 Final Attack =(
I had heard about that somewhere, but I didn't know if it was true or not. Thanks for the info!
Is there a list of skills Combat Orders works on somewhere?
Also I haven't seen any pics of it being used yet :|
Was CL reduced to 2 mobs?
Launch of the current target pressure. Chain Lightning is applied to the probability of additional critical targets have been around other people if you add up to 2 damage, but damage is reduced.
No mention of 3 in the skill description, or the level ups.
The only other possibility is that they removed the mob cap and allowed it to hit 2 times :\
Or I'm reading it wrong.
im wondering how defense plays into dmg. If it is significan't delaying stance to get some points into -30% def might be worth it
Fire Demon Lv. 30 Translation:
"MP 35 consuming and the maximum 6 people to inside 290% unknown and 15 initial motions per 1 second 110% continuous damage, being damaged more in 15 first edition anger attribute magic."
I'm hoping the "more damage to anger attribute magic" means the Demons were changed with respect to the summon switch.
look like the mystery of paladin continue.....
I’m pretty sure that’s the case; the description on Ice Demon clearly says something about turning monsters into ice weaks, so Fire Demon is probably creating fire weaks, but that still doesn’t help it any; unless I’m missing something very important, I can’t foresee a single case where I’d use Fire Demon instead of Paralyze now, since they have the same range but Paralyze is better in every aspect.Quote:

Now, it is known that Infinity recovers HP and MP by 10% every four seconds, but notice how the “four seconds” part is repeated when it is talking about the 10% increase in power. If the buff lasts a whole forty seconds, why would the part talking about an increase in magic power need a “four seconds” tacked onto it? I’m just speculating here, but this makes me think that what Infinity does is increase your power by 10% every four seconds while it’s activated.
Fixed some variables not showing properly. Some of the strings say that there's an mpCon variable, but no such variable exists in the data. Sooooo.... it should be glitched for KMSers too.
Could it be possible to list the skill delay next to Brave Slash?
It's been changed around so much that I've lost track of what it is now.
Is it back to 1050ms?
Thank you for laboriously updating this thread, Fiel.
Holy crap.
I am in LOVE combat orders. 75% extra HP/MP from hyperbody? Hell yes.
Also, alot of the unnecessary nerfs we saw Nexon do suddenly make sense. Because combat orders bumps the abilities back up to where they were beforehand.
Also 60% damage with all attacks on shadow partner with Combat Orders.
And did anyone else notice that with Combat Orders, regular Combo Attack goes up to 6 orbs? (the lvl 70 version with no advanced combo)
So teleport mastery is a active skill now?
Coz i saw a bishop use it. :f6:
I'm seeing the new description for Demolition. The translation of "---MP 50 소비, 410% 데미지로 8번 공격, 대상의 물리 방어율 20% 무시---" says:
--- MP 50 consumption, 8 times, attacked with 410% damage, ignores 20% of the target's physical ERA ---
The 20%, is this applying to the damage reduction we encounter at bosses so Buccaneers just about ignore all of the boss's flat damage reduction, or it means only 80% of the boss's defenses is applied in reducing damage done to them?
This thread says only 4th job skills are affected by Combat Orders. Why did Fiel add 5 extra levels for everything? o-o
It uses MP and its skill ID says it's active. How does that work out? o-o Is it like a second teleport skill that does damage?
i wanna see what happens on a negative mp usage. gain mp? o_O
Beats me. Seems that the Potential system can cause equipment to increase the skill level of any skill though:

Either way, that would mean at least a +4 to all skills.
Woops, nevermind.
Of all skills? Holy pomegranate. Reading Pride's quote, I thought it added a random skill.
Hats can also add 2 to all skills apparently:

It says 모든스킬레벨 +2 at the bottom, or +2 to the levels of all skills.
So in a perfect world, a Loladin could have +7 to a single skill, and +6 to the rest? Lmao.
One quick thing Paul: in your 1.2.326 thread, you said that Master Magic for all three Magician branches was changed to give +20% passive MATK buff as well. However, the skill tables translate the same as an ADDITION of MATK, similar to Meditate (ex. "20 horsepower increase" for both skills, not implying the 20 as a percent increase for Master Magic). Does the skill simply add +20 MATK at max or +20%? Perhaps Google Translate is failing me?
What are the range changes between levels for Rush? Unless it's the same at every level now.
It appears on Official KMS that Arrow Blow and Double Shot have had their base damage increased by 10%. Was is also reflected in any recent KMST patches?

After seeing this video. Is it safe to assume, Enrage makes multitarget skills attack 1 monster?
Is this how Homing and mutlitarget skills work for Corsairs as well?
What's the range on smoke screen now Fiel? Looks like it's always 400%.
I'd also like to know what the explosion radius is on Arrow Bomb, if any, and if it changes as it levels. It appears to be exceedingly small in use, and it seems to make for little balance compared to the already powerful Iron Arrow.
So with all these changes it just begs the question....will they give us a fair amount of 4th job skill resets? Because I have 30 points of energy orb that were made absolutely useless when they sped up dragon strike.
I'd really like to know, Fiel, if there's something in the extraction stuff that indicates which debuffs are affected by Holy Shield.
Negative. Nothing in the data states exactly how Holy Shield works in that regard.
So if I'm understanding this correctly, only combat orders can bring skills beyond the level 30 cap? The all skills options you get from equipment will still cap skills at 30.
I heard completely differently. Even if you had max points in a skill a reverse/timeless wep cannot put more points into it. Even if you did get lucky with the 10% to add 1 point to a skill. Otherwise I would imagine there would be tons of people making the reverse armor since it isn't too hard to make and leveling that up.
Bucc dragon strike comes on shoes (I think) How easy would it be for me to get lvl 40 dragon strike just by churning out some reverse boots every day. Even if I bought all the time pieces it would only cost about 100 mil per pair of boots. I could get another point in dragon strike nearly every week.
You can only get the point in dragon strike by wearing the shoes. You can't logically wear ten pairs of shoes.
Quick question regarding the Archers' Mortal Blow skill: Does it still give you partial experience when you inflict the instant-kill inversely proportional to the remaining life of the monster?
I noticed in the skill description that it does not say that anymore; I just want to confirm.
Thanks~
What is the % variable on the end of Marksman boost? O.o
That's pretty awesome. That would bring their crit damage from 1.35x to 1.5x, then?
One of the Night Lord new skills says:
My translation of the sentence above: when the skill is activated, the next attack will be critical.
I wonder how many seconds the skill will last, and what is the meaning of the next attack will be critical.
Dose it mean that when the last attack is not critical, then the next one absolutely will be?
Thanks a lot . But I think it dosn't quite make sense since 4th job's main attack skill for Night Lord is Triple Throw, why the heck Triple Throw not be included in the skill above.
I hope you can understand what I mean coz' I'm Taiwanese and my English is not very good. XD
Could I please ask you some more questions for my netizens in another forum in my country ?
1.Is it possible that DoT does damage to any Boss?
2.Can Dot of fire elemental and poison elemental on one monster exist together?
3.Magician's Big Bang's damage is 290% for 5 times. Is 290% the damage after charging the skill totally? If it is, how much time will it take to charge the skill completely?
4.Will DoT spare 1 HP for monsters when time is up and you have to attack them one more time to kill them jist like Venoms does?
5.Will DoT be influenced by the skill "Amplification"?
Not sure if mentioned all ready. Can someone translate / explain to me what Blessing of armor for paladins does and what all the numbers associated with it are
Blessing Armor:
Every time when you are attacked, there will be a chance (according to the skill level) to create a protection cover that can protect you from 100% damage, but you can not create more than two covers within 30 seconds. When the protection effect happens, the word " Guard" will show up above your head. The skill can also add some WTAK (according to the skill level) and it lasts for 60 seconds and the cooldown is 30 seconds.
Level 1 : the chance of creating a protection cover when attacked is 2%, and you can only creat one protection cover, WATK added will be 11.
Level10(Max level) : the chance of creating a protection cover when attacked is 20%, and you can create 5 protection covers, WATK added will be 30.
For more information : when you use Combat Order you can create 6 protection covers when these two skills are masterd.
So it adds W Atk. that is very usefull. thankyou very much
1. I've only tested on lower level bosses, but yeah, DoT seems to damage all the bosses the same.
2. Yes, you can have multiple DoTs, it doesn't matter what element they are, like, if my poison brace did 500 damage per second, and my poison mist does 2000, it'd do 2500 every second.
3. 290% is with max charge, I believe, and it takes about a second to charge it now, and I haven't heard of it changing after Big Bag (the patch)
4. Yes, it still leaves 1 HP.
5. No, Amp doesn't affect DoT damage.
I would say, "You had think too much" ._.
I would have answered you if I saw your questions, so don't worry and dont keep the stereotype anymore :)
Is that a 6 hit Strafe I see on Marksmen?
