FANTASY GAME!? THIS IS MAPLESTORY! IT IS MY LIFE.
I can't even express how unbothered i was that the MM skill basically did exactly the opposite of the Bowmaster one. Personally i think they both look much better.

I kinda wished that ulti. strafe and hurricane were at the same %, but I can't complain too much, an increase is an increase.
As for the AE animation, I'm going to miss my pink arrows :l first they take away my pink strafe hits, now my pink AE arrows? -sigh-
I personally LOVE the drk changes. My retired drk is looking a bit more appealing now. :p
Boomerang Step increases SBlow, Steal and Assaulter damage by +30% now (instead of +25% that comes with BB patch).

Edit:
Tables updated, Bstep upgrades (+30%) are multiplicative, not additive. :)
BoT has a larger range than Steal in both directions.
Oops, BoT has a 220% (initial hit) range. You'll have to experience it for yourself (play a post-BB shadower) to know what I mean.
Or watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjDGs...eature=related
Steal sucks.
Not sure what the total AoE range is but it beats the hell out of Steal.
Hmmm... first time that number got posted on southperry.net, it seems indeed they made BoT a total AoE skill, instead of an Arrow Bomb like sucky skill. Trigger range = Attack range now, about time they finally fixed that... but it's only 220% range forward... o.0
Hmmm... Well it still sux (30% less range) in area's with large mobs (Time Temple / Lionheart Castle) that attack you from far away, besides that, BoT unstuns, rendering Bstep's stun useless, which sux now you have FJump (after BB), so you don't need to gather monsters anymore (with BoT destunner) to finish when they're closer together).
BoT still sux!!! Steal FTW!!! Hehe :P
Edit: Bstep+Steal (keep them stunned) with ME finisher seems best attack for me. ME is really usefull now (does high damage with PP drops).
From what talked about in page 5, it looks like mirror image changed a bit but theres no details about this happening. In BB itself, it looks like mirror image changed to using your skill dmg with your base range probably in there but it never does criticals. From the restructuring, mirror image finally does criticals but I'm not exactly sure how the dmg % works it looks like 70% of your initial hit instead.
Compare these vids
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oz_GtyFST4 (big bang)
http://channel.pandora.tv/channel/vi...prgid=40098872 (restructured version)
For the big bang video at 1:52, you see a mirrored 532k dmg final cut so it changed already the first time, don't really know how the restructured one works yet. If we look at pre-bb I can dish out a 199k final cut but, my mirrored dmg only does 10k.
Afaik, Bstep got a speed boost, but it's still not totally spammable yet (no delay like) like Brandish / Blast / etc.
There's a difference between misinformed and not-informed, because noone posted the post BB skill delays yet... If you know them, can you please post them? :)
Fiel posted them a while back and I copied them to my skill tables. I guess there is a delay to Boomerang Step but it's almost nothing, and considering Step does over twice the damage of both BoT and Steal, there's no reason to use Steal if you're interested in keeping monsters stunned (which really doesn't matter with the godly avoid Shadowers have).
Hmmmm so it's 900ms delay now, with 690ms for Bstep itself...
Ok did some quick calcs:
Bstep only - 2125% / sec - 4.44444 hits / sec / monster
Bstep+BoT - 1997% / sec - 4.65116 hits / sec / monster
Bstep+Steal - 1875% / sec - 4.65116 hits / sec / monster
Well... ok maybe Bstep alone does more DPM, but training is all about xx times hitting a target till it dies:
- If you need 4 Bsteps to kill a monster = 4x900ms = 3600ms
- If you need 3 Bsteps + 2 Steals to kill a monster = 2x 1290 + 690 = 3270ms
Also, more hits/sec = More Venom triggers (even if it only stacks once) + More coins for ME pwnage Bonus Round (Lionheart Castle).
Meso Explosion + Greed = 6000% / sec @ 10 monsters = EPIC!!! :P
Hehe, I still prefer Steal! Especially in area's like Lionheart Castle... :P
P.S. All calcs with Explorer 10% Crit Ring
I love the new animations for Arrow rain/eruption... even if one is just a flip and recolor of the other.
They'd be awesome if they had animations for the characters aiming up/down though.
Man, why haven't they changed blast to show three hits yet!? I can deal with a slightly longer animation if they can just make blast look like those extra two actually appear. And yeah, I'm all for them changing the elemental charges look.
does anyone know if there are more videos of db´s after this patch? i want to see more since he barely used phantom blow
Once again, another thread where Devil does math wrong.
First of all, the passive bonus from Boomerang Step to Steal, Assaulter, and Savage Blow is a multiplier. Maxed Steal with maxed Boomerang Step does 390% damage.
Second, Steal is terribly pomegranatety. The only possible use it has is if you want to Steal something. The Stun rate is the same as the Steal Rate, I swear to God. It's horribly unreliable, and it will unstun monsters if it does not proc its own stun.
Third, Band of Thieves' activation range is perfectly fine. If you have trouble activating it on monsters, you're doing it wrong.
Presonally, I think the most efficient way to use ME is to lure with Band of Thieves, and the Savage Blow once or twice. Steal is pretty garbage. It does have its uses, but DPS is not one of them.
I have no idea where you got that new 900ms delay from, but at the speed cap, Boomerang Step still has about 1110ms Delay. I'm fairly sure weapon speed doesn't even reduce this delay, because I recall testing it two days ago without Booster, and retesting it now yields the same result.
Meso Explosion is retardedly hard to use. Its range for picking mesos to blow up is retardedly huge, and it chooses them in the order they drop, so if you kill a monster behind you and it leaves some coins, and you want to ME monsters in front of you with new coins, you'll have to blow the old ones up first. It takes a lot more strategic planning, and memory as to what dropped first, and it's well not worth the time to lure slow monsters into old piles of coins.
Also, where the fuck did you get 6000% per second from Meso Explosion from? It does 240% per coin with maxed Greed, that's only 2400% per explosion.
- Oh yes, indeed you're right, the Bstep bonus is not an additive... Well it would only make the difference between Bstep only and Bstep combo's smaller! :)
- The 900ms Bstep came from Dusk thread... The other number I could find was the old ultra slow Bstep from ages ago. Where do you get the 1110ms from? :o
- Yes, Meso Explosion Detonates in two directions now, that's why Steal is even better now, you concentrate PP drops in front of you, not from all sorts of monsters around you (with BoT)! :)
- And about the stun ratio, well 40% is better then nothing! :)
- About Meso Explosion damage, I used your very own post... o.0
- ME base: 180% per hit (coin)
- 15 explodes per ME use
- 10 monsters (can) get hit per ME use
- Greed multiplies damage by 1.6x
- Big Bang Criticals = 5% chance with 50% dmg
- Explorer 10% Critical Ring
- Meso explosion 750ms
My quick calcs:
- Critical: 15% chance with 50% damage each hit = 7.5% damage each hit on average
- 180% + 7.5% = 187.5%
- 187.5 * 1.6 (Greed) = 300%
- 300 * 15 (Hits) = 4500% each ME
- 4500 / 0.75 (750ms) = 6000% Meso Explosion DPS (Not per Explosion, that's 4500%)
The math is not wrong... the only thing that -can- be wrong, is the data about the ME formula / attack speed... :)
Quick thought: Greed is additive afterall, it blows up 15 coins for the lower damage, spreading out the damage over 10 numbers (damage number becomes higher with that)... dunno otherwise too... xD
Current ME (pre BB) explodes 20 coins, where only the value of the first 15 count, and the last 5 are only for the "number of bags bonus damage multiplier".... and it only shows 5 numbers per explosion... lol
Welcome to the mystery world of Meso Explosion... Hmmm what about... Mystery Explosion? xD
Edit: Maybe it's something like
Anyone mind PMing me the new Bm skills? Im not in the perfect mood to do it sorry :( but omg 220% hurricane?!?!??!
keep us updated Fiel :D
It shows 240% per hit. More coins doesn't make it do more damage per hit. The stability is really tight though. You can have all your hits go really close to your max, or really close to your minimum. It doesn't seem to vary a large amount, regardless of how many coins you use.
Despite what it shows, I think I will have to agree that it does indeed to up to fifteen hits. It is still not something to warrant using Steal, because Meso Explosion hits up to TEN monsters. With Shadow Partner and a few hits with Band of Thieves, you'll have plenty of coins around to kill everything. Steal is only useful for Stealing, and possibly closing. That's it. With the fact that you can use Boomerang Step in mid-air, closing with Steal is just stupid unless you want to close with Steal and Band of Thieves, in which case I ask, why not Assaulter?
But is it 15 damage numbers or 10?
This vid shows the new ME, but doesn't really show how many hits there are (too many explosions), but 15 -would- be possible, but they're offscreen...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agkP__-4O-w
(Pause @ 0:34)
In your other post you said ME hitted higher then 240% (+60 additive Greed) so it wouldn't be possible. It -is- possible that those high hits are criticals (+50% = 290%, that would make it possible).
So, would it be 15*247.5% on average then? (3712.5% per ME = 4950% DPS)
I only ever see 10 numbers. It doesn't go off screen, it just stops at 10 numbers. Apparently, I was mistaken about Meso Explosion doing criticals. The extra damage is Meso Explosion ignoring defense.
If it did do critical though, average damage would be like 244% or something really low. You get less than a 1.02x increase without any additional critical rate.
Well afaik, ME always ignored def (pre BB). So maybe that's post BB too... :)
But what are those insane many (on top of each other) numbers in the vid then (@ 0.34 min)? All the monsters are on the same platform. And I count more then 10 on top of each other (23-like)
Did you test it with dropping 15x 10mesos on 1 pile and explode one monster with that? The coins only have a blast radius of about 2x50 pixels wide (really small), so if a coin is too far away, but still gets exploded, it's not calculated in the damage.
For all I know, Shadow Partner works with Mesos Explosion. I have one Summoning Rock and I'll use it to test that later, but I don't want to waste it completely.
And yes, I tried testing with a pile. That's how I concluded only 15 mesos can be exploded at once.
Life's rough when you've only found 2 Summoning Rocks ever and accidentally used one.
You guys know, Dead Scarecrows and Jesters have a pretty good droprate of Summoning Rocks.
I'm on my way to Victoria to talk to the four people. Hopefully, I'll have the monopoly on all the Summoning Rocks in Tespia for the next day or whatever lulz.
Well, turns out you still need the crystals. derp. Shadow Partner does not work with Meso Explosion. That video looks like it's just hitting four mobs 10 times each, really.
While we're on this topic of fun with ME does pickpocket money drop on every hit of a multihit skill or just one? cause if it is every hit and the dps from ME is as good as it looks at a quick glance wouldnt pretty much any combo mobbing or not warrent bstep savage just to generate them coins and make mario happy?
It depends on how many hits it takes you to kill the mobs, and how well you can space your ME to hit enough monsters. If you're just Savage Blowing to get coins, the mobs might not get close enough to get enough damage from ME.
Interestingly enough, I actually did manage to produce 15 hits.
Spoiler
Counting this out on fraps gave exactly 15 hits on that highest one. The skill description, rather than the actual level write up appears to be more correct, in that you can hit up to 15 hits on a boss, but only 10 hits on a non-boss. Presumably, this would mean you only do 10 hits of damage on non-bosses, and LHC monsters are all boss flagged? Still not sure how damage dealt is considered when exploding 15 bags on non-boss mobs, as only 10 hits are shown, but I am under the belief that I am hitting more than 10 hits worth of damage in the scenarios I attempted. Either way, bossing guaranteed a ridiculous amount of damage, and when I used Shadow Partner, a stupidly high amount of coins spat out. I think you could just Shadow Partner and Savage Blow + Boomerang Step, and when Shadow Partner ran out, just ME until all the coins are gone to conserve Summoning Rocks, and rebuff time, unless the coins run out sooner than that.
About ME damage, 6927~9421, is that still based on your attack range of 2710~3871? (well ok you're a few lvls higher now, so lets say 2750~3900)
240% ME would make that 6600~9360... <- More likely
288% ME would make that 7804~11148...
What's your attack range there Joe? :)
Afaik, noone knows, maybe they re-coded and optimized the SP formula and there is no need for the y-value anymore? :)
I do know what "y" means for that skill, and it's really useless anyway. No NL is ever going to need that variable. Ever. It's the multiplier used for Shadow Partner when using it without a skill, so like a regular throw. Yeah, I can't see them using it that often. They may have merged that variable with the "x" variable which is the multiplier for skill based attacks. Since these values were always the same anyway, it makes sense to merge them.
Hmmm then it seems ME + Greed is 240% per hit indeed, with 10 hits against normal mobs, and 15 against bosses! :)
Ok, I updated >> Shadower Additional 4th Job Skill Tables << (Bstep -> Steal/Sblow/Assaulter upgrades)
Also some quick Shadower Combo DPS (with 10% Critical Ring):
And Assassinate... Does anyone know the new attack speed of it? Dark Sight is 100ms, that's all I know... But afaics, it's only usefull for it's charging capability now, not DPS...Code:Removed - Wrong Calcs - See below for correct calcs! :)
If you see any errors here, please feel free to post them! :)
How is it that you always manage to skew your calculations to fit your initial conclusions? Your skill damage values match neither the base damage nor the average damage factoring in crits, and somehow dividing 1912.5 by 1.11 gives you a number bigger than 1912.5.
Code:Big Bang:
Average crit chance = 15%
Average crit damage = 35%
Average crit multiplier = 1.0525
BStep 1110 ms = 600 * 2 = 1200 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 1894.50 / 1.11 = 1707% / sec - 3.60 hits/sec (Multi-Hit)
BSteal 1290 ms = 600 * 2 + 375 = 1575 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 2486.53 / 1.29 = 1928% / sec - 4.65 hits/sec (Multi-Hit)
BBoT 1290 ms = 600 * 2 + 493.75 = 1693 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 2672.82 / 1.29 = 2072% / sec - 4.65 hits/sec (Multi-Hit)
BSBlow 1410 ms = 600 * 2 + 112.5 * 6 = 1875 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 2960.16 / 1.41 = 2099% / sec - 11.35 hits/sec
BAssaulter 1590 ms = 600 * 2 + 362.5 * 3 = 2287.5 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 3611.39 / 1.59 = 2271% / sec - 6.29 hits/sec

Haha, that Bstep-only DPS calc from me was pure magic! :D No idea how I did that mutliple times in a row... o.0
And yes, you're correct, critical damage also has it's mastery now, forgot about that, geez, so many things change these days with maple... lol! :+)
However, it seems BoT is not affected by Bstep's damage upgrade, unless you have some data about this? Also, BoT would outdamage SBlow in DPS... Sounds weird to me.
So without Bstep-BoT upgrade:
Code:Big Bang:
Average crit chance = 15%;
Average crit damage = 35%
Average crit multiplier = 1.0525
BStep 1110 ms = 600 * 2 = 1200 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 1894.50 / 1.11 = 1707% / sec - 3.60 hits/sec (Multi-Hit)

The Korean skill detail for Boomerang Step is:
액티브 효과 : MP 40 소비, 4명의 적에게 630% 데미지로 2번 공격, 90% 확률로 4초간 기절
패시브 효과 : 새비지블로우, 스틸, 어썰터, 시브즈의 데미지 30% 증가
Active effects: consume 40 MP, attack 4 enemies for 630% damage 2 times, 90% chance to stun for 4 seconds
Passive effects: Savage Blow, Steal, Assaulter, Band of Thieves damage increased by 30%
You can check the skill names with the tables if you want. I don't see any reason why Band of Thieves wouldn't be boosted in GMS, but I guess it's worth testing.
Google Translate from Fiel's extractions:
Active effects: MP 40 consumption, 4 and 2 times the damage to the enemy attack 630%, 90% chance to stun four seconds \ n Passive Effect: saebijibeulrowoo (Savage Blow), steel (Steal), eosseolteo (Assaulter), Shiv jeu (LOL? Band of Thieves?) 30% increase in damage
Shiv jeu translates into Band of Thieves? :D
Edit:
Korean 3rd job BoT Skillname: 시브즈 -> Sibeujeu
Korean 4th job Bstep BoT Reference name: 시브즈의 -> Exclusive of jeu
First three symbols are the same, hmmm I guess BoT is indeed affected by Bstep upgrade!
Still weird that a 3rd job mob skill (BoT) outdamages a 2nd job single target skil (SBlow) with one upgrade... I smell another SBlow upgrade coming! Or a BoT nerf... :o
im wondering, if u use Shadow Partner , How many Coins will drop?
I think many will drop.
So u could 1min attack and than bomb all the mesos
SP does ME TOO XD!
lol :D
Uhm, I did some calcs on that (oh noes, more Devil calcs!) :D
Code:Big Bang:
SBlow 720 ms = 112.5 * 6 = 675 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 1065.65625 / 0.72 = 1480.07812% / sec
12(Hits) * 0.8(PP) = 9.6 Coins/Combo
15/9.6 = 1.5625 Sblows needed for 15 Coins
720 * 1.5625 = 1125 ms + 750 ms = 1875ms
SBlow / ME Normal Combo = 1480.07812 * 1.125 = 1665.08789 + 2400 = 4065.08789 / 1.875 = 2168% DPS
SBlow / ME Boss Combo = 1480.07812 * 1.125 = 1665.08789 + 3600 = 5265.08789 / 1.875 = 2808% DPS
BSBlow 1410 ms = 600 * 2 + 112.5 * 6 = 1875 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 2960.15625 / 1.41 = 2099.40159% / sec
16(Hits) * 0.8(PP) = 12.8 Coins/Combo
15/12.8 = 1.171875 BSBlows needed for 15 Coins
1410 * 1.171875 = 1652.34375 ms + 750 ms = 2402.34375ms
BSBlow / ME Normal Combo = 2099.40159 * 1.16523 = 2446.29490 + 2400 = 4846.29490 / 2.40234 = 2017% DPS
BSBlow / ME Boss Combo = 2099.40159 * 1.16523 = 2446.29490 + 3600 = 6046.29490 / 2.40234 = 2516% DPS
Again, correct me if I'm wrong here, but from these numbers I would say:Code:KMST 1.2.353:
SBlow 720 ms = 117 * 6 = 702 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 1108.2825 / 0.72 = 1539.28125% / sec

SBlow / ME Normal Combo = 1539.28125 * 1.125 = 1731.69140 + 2400 = 4131.69140 / 1.875 = 2203% DPS
SBlow / ME Boss Combo = 1539.28125 * 1.125 = 1731.69140 + 3600 = 5331.69140 / 1.875 = 2843% DPS
BSBlow 1410 ms = 630 * 2 + 117 * 6 = 1962 * 1.0525 * 1.5 = 3097.5075 / 1.41 = 2196,81382% / sec
16(Hits) * 0.8(PP) = 12.8 Coins/Combo
15/12.8 = 1.171875 BSBlows needed for 15 Coins
1410 * 1.171875 = 1652.34375 ms + 750 ms = 2402.34375ms
BSBlow / ME Normal Combo = 2196.81382 * 1.16523 = 2559.80298 + 2400 = 4959.80298 / 2.40234 = 2064% DPS
BSBlow / ME Boss Combo = 2196.81382 * 1.16523 = 2559.80298 + 3600 = 7049.27581 / 2.40234 = 2564% DPS
- Savage Blow + Meso Explosion (+Greed) = Strongest (Immobile) Boss Attack
- Boomerang Step + BoT / Steal = Strongest Grinding Combo at normal mobs
- Boomerang Step + BoT / Steal + Meso Explosion (+Greed) = Strongest Grinding Combo at Lionheart Castle (Multi-hit with Bstep + BoT / Steal)
Ok, back to Savage Blowing the crap out of every Immobile Boss!!! This time with VVTF BOOM included!!! :D
Oh yeah, when attacking Zakum / Horntail arms (any multi-hit boss), you should use Bstep + Steal/BoT. :)
Whats up with dual blade SP now? All the damages i've seen from videos is so close to the main skill damage.. is it based off previous damage now or what?
This video might be easier to load for the restructured http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_XPXc0QAhY but it looks like its doing 70% of the damage that you just last hit rather than 70% of your base range.
It's something Shadowers will have to practice themselves. ME training with Pickpocket is hard. It's really hard. To do it with Savage Blow generating the coins would mean you have to lure with Band of Thieves. If you don't want to recast Pick Pocket each time you lure, your Band of Thieves will be dropping coins like crazy, and if the monsters aren't far enough away from that, you'll waste a lot of time blowing up coins you don't want to. And then when they are all stacked together, you can't always guarantee they'll be inside the range for ME from the Savage Blow coins anyways. A lot of monsters aren't even strong enough to be worth the setup time to exclusively train with ME. Most of the time, it's just a pile of coins left over with Pick Pocket that you can explode because something spawned on it.
The most practical example of using Meso Explosion with Savage Blow Pick Pocket possible is Gobies (which suck by the way). You Savage Blow the house for coins and when it breaks, you can ME right away to kill the six Gobies immediately. Of course, you can also miss, and then they get everywhere and you'll never hit them with ME again.
The most popular training maps are best designed for Band of Thieves. ME has a lot less practical use on them because of the way the platforms are laid out. Band of Thieves lets you hit tops and bottoms because of its high range, but ME can't hit anything not on the platform the coins are on.
How long do the coins last on the ground?
Blade Fury reminds me strongly of something....
Buff for DB? That pineappleing OP class doesn't need any buff.
The problem is not that they are mix of Shadower and NL. The problem is that they are mix of Shadow, NL, Bowmaster, MM and Warrior
It has abilities of all of them?
This, except reverse.
http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__...3/Kuuenzan.png
Keep in mind that there's a finite number of DB's in KMS due to the creation restriction.
Blade Fury: Causes a bladestorm of destructive force around Yurnero, rendering him immune to magic and dealing damage to nearby enemy units.
Stats at level 4 Manacost: 110 Cooldown: 24 seconds AoE: 250 Duration: 5 seconds Damage: 140 damage per second Notes: Damage is magical. Etc.
This?
With this in mind i'm fairly confident that the strongest dbs anyone will have have already been created. So i guess what i'm getting at is that i don't see what you're getting at. The fact that their are potentially fewer of one class than another doesn't mean that the lesser played class should get a free pass on being overpowered.
Well, I've never agreed with KMS stance on DBs as a whole but when they were released everyone knew they were overpowered because they were time-limited. Neither of those facts have changed, so there's no reason get upset AGAIN. It's not as if a swell of new DBs are going to come in and make all existing classes worthless.
The only place anyone can make Dual Blades is in KMST for testing purposes.
They're still unavailable in normal KMS.

It's so incredible unfair that every class is like any other class!!!Quote:
They (DB's) are just like any other normal class nothing special about them anymore if I found out that stupid Nexon was gonna do this I wouldn't have spent all my hard earned mesos on my db
I mean... Comon... Unbalance = Win!!!
Maybe we should tell him that if he "invests" 5000 dollars on NX cubing again, his char is "special" again?
Modern gMS and his attitude are a perfect match!!! Paying hard cash = High Damage = Being special = Being important = Have a life!!! :D
And thats the kind of tool that makes nexon enough money to keep the game afloat.
Notice ho half of thenew classes have started off as kings and later got balanced out? Corsairs, then Arans, then Dual Blades? Funny pattern, that.
anyone know the new formula for DB?
do aran and evan have new formula too?
Formula for Arans and Evans are the same, DBs are changed to use their full dmg range now not just 1/2 of it due to dagger + katara separate hits (well its not exactly 1/2 but you get the idea). I'm not sure if there are any other changes to their formula besides that but there might be some hidden changes to skills like mirror image finally working like a real shadow partner that finally does critical hits. Other than those changes I mentioned, there isn't anything else that I can notice just from videos unless I actually play it or something.
Paladins have another 50% Damage boost on ACB? This just made my day.
Ugh, this is really getting to me.
Google translate link keeps saying the page is too large. Piece of pomegranate.
and the toolbar I'm using just plain won't translate it either. I wanna see all of the skills with the up to date information =_=
Same thing happens to me. Stuff gets translated only until a certain part, I'll try using mozilla.
As far as I know, that google translation thing for huge web pages only translates half of the entire page. Even using google chrome doesn't make it any better for you.
any new information about KMST?
like the off-limit Resistance?
Does it reopen ?
It's sad seeing how essentially the only benefits Barrage and Demolition now have over Dragon Strike on a single enemy is the fact that they both have invincibility frames (and Demolition has the 20% chance to ignore pd rate). It's not that I'm complaining and wanting Dragon Strike to be nerfed (actually I felt it needed this boost) it's that Barrage and Demolition haven't gotten some slight boosts to power or speed that I find strange.
I was seriously hoping for a new animation for CB SIMPLY for this reason. It's way too hard to predict where it will go without knowing the exact amount of it's range, or a visual representation. At the very least just extend the slash's animation to fit the range or something.
Looking at it for a second, it's actually an 80% boost after Combat Orders. Even nicer.
About the paladin's skill "Threaten",
does it work like PDrate-30% or 1-PDrate*70%
EX:
for PB,its PDrate is 70%
if using "Threaten",the defense is 70%-30%?or 1-70%*70%?
I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but my friend brought up an issue with a few skills at level 1.
Achilles lv 1 = 0% damage reduced
Maple Warrior lv 1 = +0% all stats for 30 seconds
Combat Order is quite messed it seems,
lv 1-18 = +0 level to all skills
lv 19 & 20 +1 level to all skills
I'm not sure whose side's fault this is though..
On the other hand, I would understand if they want you to max for say MW to 30 & not leave it 29. That would make it so you need level 32 (lv 30 with +2 CO) in order to get +1% additional boost.
likely my fault. I'll get that patched up tonight. I'm using new scripts which can introduce new bugs.
EDIT: Yeah, my fault. I found the bug and fixed it. I'll have everything updated to the correct values at about midnight or so.
