Depends on the skill and your original attack speed

Assuming Fafnir katana + shinsoku
and Fafnir 2h + raging blow

But, doesn't it have certain amount of reduction?

Have a read through: http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=76639

Original skill delays(AS6) can be discovered in the Ultimate Skill Tables in the Extractions subforum.

I'm going to guess you're too lazy to read that, so here:

(10+x)/16 * skill delay
x is attack speed level
skill delay from extractions, else find the delay from AS6 (for every AS below add 1 to X and vice versa)

To find how much faster going from one AS to another is, plug in the 2 ASs to find the delays and divide

Note that to maintain an AS below 2 requires green pot or Rune

Fafnir Raven Ring AS5, Shinsoku 930ms, Katana booster

(10+x)/16 * skill delay
= (10+3) / 16*930
= 13 / 14880
= 0.00087

?? What is that number ???

That number is an incorrect order of operations.
Try "skill delay * (10+x)/16".

Fafnir Raven Ring AS5, "Godspeed Shinsoku" 570ms, Katana booster

skill delay * (10+x)/16
570 * (10+3) / 16
= 570 * 13 / 16
= 463.125 ms

attack cycle per second
= 1000 / 463.25
= 2.16

Meaning new Shinsoku will be 6.48 hits per second while old Shinsoku is 14.55 hits per second?
Does that mean a nerf for Hayato 1v1 skill?
Are these calculation correct?
