I'm making "Damage Per Minute Spread Sheet (MS Excel)" in JMS.

This is almost Collect. But Some are not. Therefore, I want to ask your help.
This time, I want to know about "Attack Speed"

I know almost about "Attack Speed Calculation formulate." But some skills does not fit.
I want to understand why does it happen.

I use this formula

=CEILING ( Skill Delay *(10 +Weapon's Speed) /16 , 30)

Almost all skill's are fit with the formula.

But Dual Blade's skill : "Phantom Blow(720ms)" Doesn't fit in AS2.
On the other hand, "Blade Fury(720ms)" fit.

Formula / Phantom Blow(survey) / Blade Fury(survey)
AS2: 540ms /570ms /540ms
AS3: 600ms /600ms /600ms
AS4: 630ms /630ms /630ms
AS5 :690ms /690ms /690ms

Why does it happen??
My formula is wrong, or Dual Blade has some different Rules?

I can't understand "Latency issue." What is that?

I captured many movies for survey it.
So, It doesn't happen by mistake or Time Lag.

Anyway, I'm gathering other Answers continuously.

Ah, I meant server lag. But if all your tests have given the same result, then I suppose that's not it.

Then, As you say, I got same result.
And add, "Phantom Blow 570ms(AS2)" happend in Phantom's stealing skill too.

あまり調べたなかったんだけど．．．
まずは君はどんな測定方法を使うんだ？
計算ミスないなら説明できないな．．．
だってＡＳ４＝630は　690＜delay<720 だけ。
バグかも知れないけど

Maybe a Dual Blader on GMS can time it, but it sounds like a bug if there isn't some stupid special case in the skill data.

From my understanding, the only alternative explanation I can offer is an unfortunate number of frames being skipped that causes the frame count to be rounded up, hence giving the anomaly. I'm not one who can give great insight into this...

My way to measure Delay is taking video, then check it.

Therefore, My surveyed data is probably collect.
I take many videos and check it again and again.

And according to my formula(is that collect one?? How calculate skill delay inGMS??), Ordinarily 720ms Skills get to 630ms in AS4.

I think that GMS system is different from JMS.
(If you want, I can give you Skill.wz / Charactor.wz in JMS@Ver3.37)

If you can, please survey "Phantom Blow in AS2."

I want to know why does it happen, and it happen or not in GMS.
And, in GMS, how calculate skill delay.

if you can, please survey "Phantom Blow in AS2."
The most easiest way to do it is using stopwatch.

Set timer to 30s, then press and hold "Phantom Blow" key till time up.
You would count the number of times that skill did.

For example, Say that the result was 47.5~.. times.
30000ms / 47.5time =631.578.. =630ms

Its easy.

At least, tell me that
"doesn't happen (or You have mistake)" or "it happens, but we don't know why."

I do not know who on Southperry actively plays and has a Dual Blade.
Perhaps someone with a BasilMarket account could ask there, or @Zelkova could ask on Reddit.

I tried and got the same result, ~570ms phantom blow and ~540ms blade fury.
At AS1, I get ~540ms phantom blow and ~510ms blade fury.
At AS0, I get ~480ms phantom blow and ~450ms blade fury.

But, I don't have the way to solve this mystery.

However, how did you get AS1 and AS0?
