20% Pink Event scrolls regarded as Special Scrolls?

Would like to know what the title pretty much says

I know that regular Pink Scrolls are not affected by dilligence, but i did have a look at previous SP thread regarding Special Scrolls and i noticed that 20% pink scrolls (those that add +7att) were not listed in the special scrolls category..

So i was wondering if they are affected by dilligence, and if so, if it'd be 40% pass rate with max dilligence + LDS

I don't know about the 20% pinks, but Diligence and LDS don't stack, as far as I know.

Pink Scrolls tend to be labeled as "Special", so no dilligence boost for you.

Although only Nexon can officially answer that. Too bad there is no way to prove it. Also, would Unleashed 90% scrolls be special too?
