I apologize, this thread is a tadbit misleading. It's mainly infighters, though since I called it "Pirate" I must add information about gunslingers. That will be added at a later date.

My oh my oh my. I figured I'd post this here and get a head start on most others.

[SIZE="5"]Fun Fact of the Day about Pirates[/SIZE]
(07/27/08) I was wrong about the 01 fact. You'll miss out on about 240 HP. Still not much when you have 8000 HP. Gunslingers, on the other hand, should care.
(07/01/08) By advancing at 29 instead of 10, you will miss out on about 153 HP(73 at the best, 228 at the worst).

Though remember, you only start 4th Job with Dragon Strike, Fist, and Wind Booster. We dont know where and how we get Time Leap yet

Also, why yould you get a point in it at 120? Wind Booster doesnt have a cooldown...that I know of. To help you get invited to bosses perhaps? Big Grin

Yep. At level 1 Time Leap is better than at least level 1 revive's cool down.

I think they gave Fist a slight delay so people would get the hint: Stun ~> Fist, repeat

I think it's a combination of that, and the fact that you are invincible while using it.

I hope the delays don't hinder my gameplay.

But it's great to see Nexon promoting the use of more than one skill. It makes me wonder what MapleStory would be like if many skills had little delay.

The delays won't hinder you at all, or they shouldn't at least. The point is to be comboing your skills for massive damage, until you can transform to do massive damage period.

I think you should be using combo in the sense of a Sader's Combo Attack, not in the sense of like lolcaptainfalconkneecombo or HYPER COMBO FINNISH because its the same Dial-a-Combo everytime, kinda like a Band of Thieves + Boom Step + Band of Thieves for a Shadower "combo."

Eh, but it really is more like a Shadower's "combo". Both classes chain skills.

Gunslingers should have the same 4.8 multiplier like Infighters. Their damage is pretty low and the speed doesn't really make up for it.
