Evan Speed Cap [Pre & Post Hero's Revamp]

Hey, well since we pretty much got to GMS stuff on last patch I was wondering wheter if it would be beneficial to have SI gloves on my evan since we now got that GMS stuff where the MPE green pot can break attack speed cap. I noticed that after the patch a single mpe pot would make my evan super fast. But this is only Reboot evan wich will change soon.

Does the Post revamp Evan need SI gloves and other attack speed multiplicators? does it makes new skills faster? I really have no idea about it and since Im new to all GMS stuff I feel kinda lost.

Ive seen some videos and from my point of view my Evan can go even faster with inner+SI+mpegreen but thats before revamp. Which could work as right now but its going to change soon, so no idea if its really worth.

green mpe pot straight out removes the speed cap

Yeah I know that, my question is about how usefull is to get Speed increase buffs/skills for Evan Post revamp. I know (or I think I know) that pre Hero's patch Evan needs DSI+MPE+Inner +1 Speed. But I could be wrong, since I'm from EMS where we never had that green mpe breaking cap bug.

i don't know why would wouldn't go all out on the speed buffs if the cap is broken, iirc every level of speed actually has increasing returns

Well, keep in mind that fusion and mir skills are not affected by attack speed, so you'd only be giving Evan a boost with his Mana burst - It's a decent boost, but it's not HUGE like one would expect.
