Oh come on, you can't possibly take that e-mail seriously.

Even if you believe Nexon is ignorant enough not to know work gloves are a staple, present on most accounts,
sending out an e-mail detailing ban criteria is totally not their style.
I mean, they're not even putting up a notice admitting the/an exploit is still around.

Looks like yet another rollback.
