No no, if Nexon was "Failing", then they wouldn't have done a rollback to stop this and to help players out.
I don't understand why people think Nexon is doing something "wrong" here, when it's totally needed and justified to save the game from further damnation...

First off they kinda set this one up, due to the glitch who can log 2 chars in same account which was up for weeks and didnt get fixed
even tho lots of ppl posted tickets for it. Till some hacker decided to publish it out public and all hell broke lose.
so I do see it as a FAILURE.

Second, The rollback is a good thing yes, buts its not great I'm not talking about mesos and nx here im talkin about time being lost,
time that no matter how you look at it I wont get back, 2x events and 5k Maple points wont do it for me.

+ I was just trying to be funny (tough crowd).

This is pretty funny. Either I get to go back and farm Prime Minister, or I keep the scrolls I had after I finished the quest.
Also get back some stuff I lost and another chance to farm out Kerning Square.

Rolledback and they didn't even fully refund NX. I lost 8 60% vegas and about 10 cubes worth of nx.

5k Maple Points plus the 16k prepaid advertised in my transaction log. Got rolled back just as I was buying cubes it seems, there's still 18 cubes sitting in my inventory yet I bought 50, the 21k total will set me back up to 35 cubes. Can't help but think I got off lightly here, 15 cubes is still alot though.
