Mexico really surprised us (my family, cousins and I). It could've even been 4 - 1, but Barrera missed and easy goal with just the keeper to beat and so did Chicharito en un centro que le mandaron. Not really familiar with some terms in English, so I just wrote 'em in Spanish.

The World Cup games will be early for the people in the Americas. Good thing the next one is in Brazil!

There was one major downside: Arjen Robben got injured, tomorrow it will be clear if he can play during the World Cup...

Double postan, South Africa - Mexico is almost finishing. 1-1 is not a bad result. The southafrican goal was awesome. a 55 mts sprint and crossed to the opposite pole. Oh man.

Our defense sucks ass, it always has. Also, our hears are on hold every enemy corner kick. You have no idea how panicky we get when that happens. We could've easily won, but oh well. That corner kick goal that was called back because of offsides was killer.

I think Nigeria's keeper did quite good, especially since Argentina seems to be much better and it only turned out 1-0.

Wasn't too impressed by the USA vs England game. We tied it because of a crappy shot not getting blocked properly. England should have had that game. Hopefully we'll see better from both teams in games to come.

Good job on the US tying with England. The earlier game I didn't get to see, was too busy sleeping. I'm rooting for all the American teams, it's time the World Cup comes back to the Americas. Hopefully it'll be Mexico. : )
