For some reason I can't do Agent C's quest after I turned in 5 scrolls. Am I supposed to turn in 100 scrolls in one time or is it a once a day thing?

I can't even figure out where these intellegence scrolls come from... I know they are from the pq but every time I talk to him after the pq I don't get anything. Any help, where do I get them from?

Talk to Gaga -> Activate the Agent C quest -> PQ and collect scrolls from monsters -> COMPLETE the PQ and click on Agent C to receive the earrings once you have 5 scrolls.

100 scrolls gives you the perma-earrings

These quests are a pain and I duno if I can be bothered completing them...

Somthing's really wierd about the earing quests. the scrolls dont drop from every monster in any PQ. so far i've tried HPQ and PPQ. they drop from any monster in HPQ, but only from the boss (Lord Pirate) in PPQ.
