And then it gets destroyed, and then I have to get 200+mil worth of scrolls to try to make the potential one scrolled well.

Point is, if you want to have good gear, before you had to get it scrolled well. Now, you have to have it scrolled well AND turn out good with the potential system. As if it weren't hard enough to scroll something that's worth the cost of the scrolls as it is, now there's a whole other dimension everyone's going to have to maximize in.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the drop rate of scrolls getting increased? Couldn't you just find your own scrolls?

Edit: Just a prediction for the next few patches. So far everything has been released with what I thought would happen (just something I had mentally predicted). August is probably going to be both PQs we haven't gotten yet (Nexon loves releasing PQs in pairs or 3's). September is inevitably Big Bang patch. There is absolutely no reason for them not to get Big Bang released as soon as possible; it's really in their best interest as a company to bring back old players.

I was expecting this summer event next month as a segway into the Big Bang, but I guess not Big Bang August 18th, anyone? That or a back to school event.

No one ever expected BB in August. The third part hits korea on the 22nd of August.

Besides, school will have started by the August Patch date.

Neither did I, but with Potential in this Patch there are no content patches remaining unless they're planning on going way back for those 2 PQs that no one will ever do anyway. Also the 3rd Part hits Korea on August 12th, the 2nd July 22nd in a few days.

There is no denying Nexon America is rushing content out, and the early release Big Bang is the only real justification behind it. I will rage if Nexon just gives us Event Patches for the next few months, as a Magician Player (Evan/I/L Archmage/Bishop/Soon to be Battle Mage) New Bosses don't count as new content for me, and Dual Bladers aren't very appealing.

So, mass deflation of High grade crystals ahead since their rarity isn't worth only 2 extra stats, and I suppose that means I'll keep the intermediate I have and hope that I only boom one of my equips since I only have enough for 1 more piece of 110 gear. I also see further inflation of pieces of time and dragon pieces.

Really have no idea how this is going to turn out, but there will be celebrations and rage ahead I'm sure.

Players who already have a level 30 or higher character will have a chance to make a level 30 dual blade.

Beats trying for 50% rate and it only drops from HT. 89m is pretty cheap compared to heavily sought out books like gen, TT, zerk

8.9k is absolutely nothing compared to getting very rare skill books via drops especially when the 4th job class is new. My hero still had AC 20 at lv 162 back when 4th came out, and the only two AC 30s I could get my hands on both cost cost a fortune and (obviously) failed. I would have paid 20k nx for a 30% AC 30 book with enthusiasm.

The main problem was supply. Supply is unlimited when it's sold in the CS, which is fantastic. Mesos are fairly liquid in terms of being able to change into NX anyways.
