Are You F***ing Serious?

Thank God I live right next to them (Literally). So this is what the dumb ass manager said: 'We're sorry, but if we let you take two 25$ cards for free, everyone'll want one.'

Forgive me if Im missing something here, but you're not getting 2 $25 cards free because you paid $50 for them, no? It's THEIR fault they forgot to activate it, not yours. Then again, Ive never bought nx cards (paying 30 bucks + tax for 25k nx doesnt seem worth it for me) so Im not entirely sure on the mechanics but their retort seems a bit... weak imo.

Hmm. At the Target I go to they don't swipe the cards, however the cards are from March of last year, so that may explain why they don't swipe them. What happens is the cashier is prompted BEFORE it adds the $10 or $25 to activate the card since she has to scan it on each barcode. ALSO, NEVER JUST LEAVE A STORE WITH A CARD WORTH $25 DOLLARS THAT BECOMES INVALID AND NONREFUNDABLE ONCE THE BACK IS SCRATCHED. There is always, always, something on a receipt to clarify whether or not a card was scanned, and its CAPITALIZED IN HUGE LETTERS.

NX Cards also auto activate 4-6 hours after purchase. Wait until tomorrow and try again.

If that doesn't work log a ticket with Nexon, give them the card codes, tell them what store you bought them at and say when you tried to activate the cards on line and what message you recieved. Also explain what the store clerk and manager told you.

(Other people have had sucess at this, but you have to include all the possibilities they will tell you to check first because otherwise it will take a month for you to get that many replies checked, so be sure your message to them is very long and inclusive and not criptic.)
