I'd say in 4th job it really depends whether or not you can at least 2hko any of the bigger monsters with your 4th job skills.
With that said, I believe to my knowledge that (hybrid and PA, dunno about spear) Drks should remain at himes until they can 2hko Skelegons or Newties/Golems with their Crushers, Berserk included. If you can't 2hko those monsters, don't bother trying to train there because you'll be too slow compared to the other classes (i.e. HB mule).
