I suppose you were just eager to bash me, so you rushed to quote me without noticing the "" around the word "developing". I know GMS doesn't delevop any code, it is KMS the one doing the job, but they do some development. In the case of exclusive content, GMS and other foreign versions are the ones to develop the concepts for whatever they want to get, then send it to the Korean team, which makes it reality. IDK how much of that has changed since CWK and NLC, but I doubt its any different now.

Actually it hasn't, that is why the lastest NLC expansion sucked so much ass.
