Been doing quests on my Mercedes, and I figured I'd finish up the Alfonse quest since I found Nependeath Honey on the way to Spiruna. I went back to Victoria for the part of the quest where you have to get Syrup from Estelle... well, I went to the location where she is supposedly meant to be, but there is no NPC there. Even on the map it states Estelle is supposed to be in the map "North Forest: Young Tree Forest", but she isn't.
Is this another case of missing NPCs, similar to the "WANTED: Mushmom" one?
