Been doing quests on my Mercedes, and I figured I'd finish up the Alfonse quest since I found Nependeath Honey on the way to Spiruna. I went back to Victoria for the part of the quest where you have to get Syrup from Estelle... well, I went to the location where she is supposedly meant to be, but there is no NPC there. Even on the map it states Estelle is supposed to be in the map "North Forest: Young Tree Forest", but she isn't.
Is this another case of missing NPCs, similar to the "WANTED: Mushmom" one?

She isn't in either of those places for me, sadly. In fact, I searched every single map around Ellinia, and she isn't in any. So that's lovely.

If you truly have NPCs gone missing, then you need to reinstall MS.

Last I remember, she's in one of the minidungeons with one of the Eyes. :S

She's in the Cold Eye Minidungeon "One Eyed Lizard".
