Probability is the proportion of an event occurring out of INFINITE attempts.

This means that I could kill 500 Yetis and not get a card, but as the number I kill increases ad infinitum the ratio of the number of cards that drop to the number of Yetis I kill will TEND TOWARD that probability of 5~10%.

Therefore, the probability of 5~10% does not necessarily have to APPEAR to be correct within a finite number of attempts.
