I thought spamming toss was supposed to be faster than overswing + FB. He was spamming overswing in there.

I'm using phantom blow, so yes it is post chaos
And Im not an Aran, but I think spamming final toss would hinder his dps due to the damage cap unless toss is like 3 times faster than OS
