I'm using phantom blow, so yes it is post chaos
And Im not an Aran, but I think spamming final toss would hinder his dps due to the damage cap unless toss is like 3 times faster than OS

Toss probably wouldn't be a good idea anyway, since if he does over 50k per hit, he would keep Targa knocked back, and it would be unable to use Cancel Weapon/Magic Attack.
