What about destroying the sprouts that will become a forest? Because according to that guy, killing babies is something not that bad.
Actually, if you want to go back further, pollen is the sperm and there's a whatever that gets pollinated, making the seed. So yeah, a seed would corrospond to a fetus in this metaphor.
Apparently if this guy is ok with chopping down forests, he's also okay with mass homocide. This entire metaphor kind of fails because we don't think any state of a tree is as important as a human life at any stage, whenever a human life really begins. Yeah, some people think that trees should never even be looked at a wrong way, but then there are also people that don't value a human life.
