Okay. So.
11042-11747 is his range with bossing armor on.
The hits he is doing with bossing armor on are:
ACB: 99284-105161
Blast: 47475-50012
Now that it seems that KMS is just forgetting about PDD, Theoretical ACB range is:
(11042~11747)*480%*EleCharge/Weakness*90% = (99284~105161)
EleCharge = 2,07~2,08, so it fits the 130%*1,5+12,5% = 2,075
Theoretical Blast MinDamage:
Min: 11042*226%*207,5%*90% = 46603
Now for Max it's either ignoring 7% of PDRate (#1), or 7% chance of ignoring all of PDRate (#2).
#1a: 11747*226%*207,5%*(100%-(10%-7%)) = 53435. However, I think you come into problems when that 7% becomes more then 10%.
#1b: 11747*226%*207,5%*(100%-(10%*93%)) = 49964. Doesn't fit.
#2: 11747*226%*207,5% = 55088.
So it's either #1a or #2. Now just a way to find out which one.... =S
