I like how you parade the teachers throughout the country as failures because they dont care, but here you have an obviously thoughtless and inappropriate composition and the teacher will only "pull something" if they are a "bad teacher."

The teachers have the ability to better increase their curriculum and teach their students in a more efficient way, but they don't. "Bad teachers" are the ones that make habbits of sending their students to the principal for something stupid. For instance, in my senior year, I had a student sitting next to me that had a shirt that wasn't even inappropriate, but the teacher insisted on sending him to the principal. The student went, the principal laugh and sent the student back, and the teacher raged at the principal for ignoring the situation. That's what I mean by, "bad teacher." Only the ignorant ones that TRY getting their students into trouble will do that sort of thing.
