Well, this is the truth. Nexon tries to do it's best, the problem is that their best isn't good enough to make their customers satisfied, or else they say they're doing it.
It isn't a complete pomegranate company, but when it fails, it's not just a little bug that affect only a couple of players, most of those have catastrophic consequences.
This goes for the expiring items, random bans, which became a lot common these days.
Nexon became better than it was in the past. But it's still not good.
