Yeah, I think it's unanimous. This is scamming, regardless if it was really of ill intent or not. If your title wasn't misleading and someone just bought it on their own, then I wouldn't consider it a scam.

Not sure what you wanna do from there though. I mean, I wouldn't let it weigh down on my conscience, but I'm a pretty twisted person with a unique sense of morals.
