There'd be no problem if your shop wasnt titled "Serk 30", but as it was, then yes this is scamming (as others have already said).
Sure, its the buyer's fault for buying it, but you can say that for all scams. "It's afsd123's fault for buying leech from a guy with -243 fame" or "It's xfgew987's fault for not knowing prices before believing some random dude who traded him in fm's offer".
Heck, even if you were trying to say Serk 20 and accidently typed 30 (2 and 3 ARE next to each other after all!), it'd still look like a scam regardless of how much you try to protest it.
What Im confused is why you felt a need to try it after seeing someone else have it work...O_o
