[Pre-BB] MapleStory Formula Compilation

While I'm at it, I can confirm (in fact, I figured it out before seeing it) the formula for burn damage from Flamethrower is correct. No need to keep it red.

Also, I don't know where that Air Strike formula came from, but the damage is definitely your damage range minus the attack from your bullets. It's definitely based on your damage range in the stat screen, because I've tried using Air Strike with a wand and it does 1's to everything with defense. I also did some testing at Rashes to confirm that it's damage range - bullets.

I tested Air Strike on a private server with a bow and I was doing god awful damage with it. It seems to be based on the whack damage, but that doesn't make any sense, because it does normal damage with a gun.

Eh, doesn't matter though, since you can't actually use Air Strike with a bow in the real game.

For other weapons, yeah, it does damage based on the forumla of the weapon you're using, much like SSK. With a high level sword the damage is actually quite stable with my 8xx dex.
