Magic Damage Formula found by Kyran

Max Power = (.005979 x Magic)² + (.0359 x Magic)
Min Power = (.005979 x Magic)² + (.0359 x Magic x Spell Mastery)

There are others since the magic formula is quadratic but this is awfully close.
