Max Shadow mesos or Web?

Does anyone know if Shadow Mesos ignores wdef like Meso Explosion does and if Sharp Eyes increases the critical rate on Shadow Mesos?

If I remember correctly, Shadow Mesos does ignore w.def and I'm pretty sure SE increases the critical rate on it, so if both skills were at max level, Shadow Meso's critical rate would increase from 10% to 25%.

Also, Shadow Web would be better since it benefits some situations. One being where you lure all Himes into a corner and Web 'em, so they stick there.. thus you could solo Tengu in peace without any Himes distracting you.
