If you have 30 atk stars you should be able to do 10-37 (and get maxed Mastery on your mule) pretty quickly
Especially if you also happen to have a BWG and can afford to 100% scroll a garnier and use ciders. Normal unfunded rogues have 25 w.atk at level 10, you can have ~80 with gear+pots.I've seen a few NLs hunting crimson guardians, and of course there are Nightshadows for the Hermits (they give out Raven's claws in the exchange quest as well, which is profitable to say the least)
