That's not evolution, that is the result of research and knowledge.
It's like if you take two kids, one gets sent to school, the other gets separated from society and any human presence.
In several years the kid that went to school would be smarter, while the separated kid would have no clue what is going on.
That's not evolution, that's called learning.
