As for Monster Park Extreme...guys, I'm sorry, I can't always inform you of every single change...in this case, I wasn't even aware it had been closed. We're looking into it.
Basically, each line of experience counts separately now. For example, if a monster gives 10,000 experience and you use 2x experience event and a 1.5x EXP buff, you will get a boost like this:
You have gained experience (+10,000)
You have gained experience (+10,000)<-From 2x
You have gained experience (+5,000)<-From 1.5x
