After the maintenance was completed this morning at 9:00 AM Pacific, we discovered an issue where players were missing items from their Storage or unable to access their Storage at all. Weve been trying since then to fix the problem with minimal inconvenience to you, but unfortunately, the only way to retrieve those items is to perform a rollback.

A rollback means that all characters will be reverted back to their state as of 11 PM on June 19th. You will lose any items, mesos, experience, quest completions, boss kills, etc, that happened from 9 AM to 12 PM on June 20, 2013.

We will refund all NX and Maple Points spent this morning between the two maintenances, and well extend all Cash Shop item durations by 24 hours.

We will also be holding a 2x EXP & Drop event in the near future so that those affected by the rollback and extended downtime will have a chance to make up for lost time. We will put up a post an announcement later with those details.

Rollbacks can take a while to complete, so the game will be down for a long unscheduled maintenance. We cant give you an exact end time, but well be working as fast as we can.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and were working to get you back in-game as quickly as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
