Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest - Cyanne - 2009-06-20 Issue/Problem/Bug: General issues with Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: In Test of Agility, there are a ton of missing walls that appear to be solid walls, yet you can fall/jump straight through them. Particularly near the end of the path. In Test of Wit, there is a one sigil that appears to be a normal sigil yet cannot be activated by any of the corresponding class's skill but rather a normal attack like many other reactors. In Thief Mastery Room, there's a spot that cannot be cleared with a normal hasted jump and must be cleared with a flash jump, so chief bandits and shadowers are unable to clear the room. The spot is circled in red below. In Magician Mastery Room 1, it's impossible to leave the room normally, and the only way out is to glitch your way out. The problem spot is circled in red below. In Grandmaster Council Hall, talking to the Battle Statue after killing the four bosses trigger's Jack's speech in the bonus. (warning: large images)

Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest - JaredTheUnseen - 2009-06-21 Not sure if it's a glitch, but anyone, not just the leader of the PQ, can summon the pre-boss monsters and the bosses at the final stage, as well as click the statue to enter the room before the bonus room. And I've never heard of the Test of Wit thief statue glitch before, I'll have to check it out Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest - MasPan - 2009-06-21 Test of wit will always have a fake sigil of a random class. There are 6 if you count them, one for each, and 1 fake. Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest - D3ath - 2009-06-21 In stage 3 (The Jump Quest and totem stage), you can go behind the background near the portal at the end, and you can fall off to your right onto a hidden platform.

I'm fairly sure the Thief Mastery Room was intended to be done by Hermits/NLs anyway, as if you look to the far right side towards the top, there's a huge gap that can only be cleared by Flash Jump. The gap up at the top is so wide you pretty well need maxed FJ to even get across. Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest - Combattente - 2009-06-22 Another three things: 1. You can't leave the Party Quest through Jack or any other NPC because they don't give you a "leave" option. The player must leave the game to leave the Party Quest. 2. In the map before bonus, where Jack is, there is a timer. What. The. Pineapple???!?! I still can't find a reason for that. Jack says A LOT of stuff and you have LESS TIME THAN BONUS to read it. The only way to do it, is by making screenshots. Sucks. 3. The PQ bonus should be like all the other bonuses in my opinion. Everyone should be teleported at the bonus map at the same time, for a fair-play. And there should be more boxes. How can a PQ of 20 people have a bonus of like 15 boxes or less (remember that many people get to break more than two boxes). I don't see why it's so offensive that one PQ room in which the statue is of a thief wearing a claw requires a Hermit/NL instead of a CB/Shadower. It's really not that big of a deal. As stated, you're going to need a couple NLs on any run anyway if you want it to be done in a reasonable period of time. It's really not that big of a deal.Actually after the Bstep upgrade (whenever we get it though... -.-), Shadowers outdamage NL's at the 3 bosses on the bottom with Bstep+BoT, since they hit 3 at once instead of only 1... Also, How would you feel if that thief room was MASS filled with monsters that did 10k dmg? Then Night Lords couldn't even loot anything... NL's would scream all day that the thief room was bugged... No, the thief room is just another Nexon failboat, being it intentional or not... it just fails... they should call it the Hermit/NL room, not the thief room... P.S. I'm comfortable enough with my character that I don't care when there are things it can't do. Nexon hasn't created the ultimate class yet and it's definitely not Shadowers, so don't expect everything to be possible on your own. I know it sucks but sometimes you have to let someone else do something. In any case, the situation you described is not very dangerous for a Night Lord, what with Dark Sight and all. Also, I was talking about a room with about 9999 monsters that do 10k touch dmg, where inside of them you have to attack a monster to get an item. Or what about 100 lasers in a row (10k touch dmg again) where you have to walk across to get to an item... Inside the thief room that is... That would 100% impossible for Night Lords, and that's how Shadowers feel now... Ah well, my Nightwalker will be an excellent CwKPQ mule for that anyway... but still it's retarded map design by Nexon Failboat America... |
