Pros and Cons of All Classes

FV4034 maybe a more modern alternative. M1 uses a 120mm smooth bore cannon ideal for SABOT based rounds. The M60 later variants had a 152mm cannon that could use HEAT rounds and the Shillelagh anti-tank missile system. And yes the M1 has some pretty tough skin which is why I relate it to Pallys. The FV4034 also uses a 120mm smooth bore cannon.

New class and old class aren't even up for consideration on why a class is good or bad.

Heroes

Spoiler

Pros:
-Excellent Damage
-Great Defense
-Great health
-Balanced in regards of attacking speed / power.
-Great mobber

Cons:
-Slow mobility
-Close range
-Shout is useless except for dealing with very weak enemies
-No screen-ranged attack (like IE Dragon roar, Sanctuary)
-No toggling enrage
-30 SP for only 90% stance while other jobs get 100%+ other buffs for even much less.

Aran

Spoiler

Pros:
-Excellent mobber
-Great damage
-Great animations
-Variety in skills
-Exclusive storyline quest

Cons:

-Slow mobility
-Relatively close range
-Complex combo system. (It could be upgrated to cast skills simpler)
-Triple swing and upgrades are composed of 3 different attacks for which it totally sucks when used inside "PvP".
-30 SP for only 90% stance while other jobs get 100%+ other buffs for even much less.

Pros
Highest Dodge Rate
Highest Critical Rate
DPS Mobbing Skill "Ultimate Drive"
Ability to Steal Skills
Flashy Skills
Has a revive skill that is permanent till you die or logout "read the skill for more info"
Phantom's Weapon "Cane" can transform into another weapon to use another skill
Fastest Continent Traveller "You can use your ship from any map to travel to almost any continent"
Phantom Shroud can be used as a temporary godmode
Phantoms can negate and steal practically any buffs a mob or boss has including Wep.Cancel/Mag.Cancel

Cons
Low HP "Balanced with a stolen skill like Hyper Body and Misfortune Protection"
Low MP "Hottime will give you a Phantom Hat that gives 30% MP : D"
Low Defense "Your still a theif... Countered with Dodge"
1st and 2nd Job is pretty slow and boring "So hurry up and level outta there".
You cannot steal from any other jobs other than the Original Adventurers "no Dual Blade or Cannon Shooters"
You cannot steal Shadow Partner, Passives from an Active skill, or Passive skill. "Like if you steal Dark Impale you cannot get the 20% Ignore Monster Defence with it"

Eh I'll try some of the jobs I play most.

Bishop

Pros:
Best survivability thanks to Magic Guard and Invincible.
Consumes no HP pots, and NLC pots are awesome and cheap later on.
Can heal yourself and others, duh.
Magic Shield is an awesome skill, total lifesaver.
Gets 3 hit Angel Ray soon.

Cons:
Is rendered defenseless if Magic Guard is dispelled.
Worst damage.
No real 1vs1 skill.


Dual Blade

Pros:
Extra attack from Kataras.
Very mobile.
Best bossers if funded.
Can chain skills.
Both good mob and 1vs1 skills.
High avoid post Justice.

Cons:
If you lack good potentials you'll suck, badly.
Cash Shop skills.
Gotta scroll/cube 2 weapons.
Lolchainsofhell.
Our drain skill sucks.

F/P Archmage

Pros:
Utilizes a variety of skills in order to stack a multitude of DoT attacks.
The best DoT in the game by far.
Pro to ridiculously-funded players: DoT has no damage cap (or 2147xxxxxx may be the cap).
Mist Eruption does insanely high damage every ~12 seconds (with lag), even for low-funded players.
Great mobbers.
Decent bossers.

Cons:
Less popular than the rest of the mages.
Lack anything resembling a useful party skill (until Union when meditate gets 30 magic instead of 20 - but that's still sub-par).
When highly-funded, they are hindered by the damage cap comparing to other attacking mages that are also highly-funded.
Though they have great potential for bossing, post-Union they are severely overshadowed by Evans and ILs in that regard at multi-part bosses.
May be biased, but they have ugly-looking skills (mist, poison breath).

Just the lay-out that might be possible for a real chart.

Adventurers

Warriors:

Hero

Pros:
-Decent HP.
-Decent Defence (Like any warrior)
-Best offensive skills among the three main adventurer classes.

Cons:
-No mobility skills.
-Pretty weak pre 4th job. (also slow)

DarkKnight

Pros:
-Decent mobility due +20 speed at 4th job maxed berzerk.
-Good amount of HP.
-Extremely good survivability due drain skills
-Good defensive skills. (More then a Hero)
-Populair party skill (HB) but less now due decent HB.
-Massive range.
-Good mobbing. (Best out of all 3 main adventurer classes.

Cons:
-No mobility unless using mount and/or maxed berzerk.
-Very weak until 3th job.
-

Paladin

Pros:
-Massive defensive skills. (Highest out of ALL classes not just adventurers.
-Elemental advantiges.
-Extremely usefull party buff (Combat Orders)
-Most paladins are/were respected.
-Decent offensive abilities. (But not very high compared to the other 2 warrior adventurer classes)

I knew this thread was wack as soon as I saw the demon Slayer's list. It goes more like:
Pro:
No Mp
Very little HP
Fastest class horozontaly
Can quickly scale horzontaily platforms
100% stance at all levels (suprised NO one said this. adventurer warriors rage probable)
More skills than other jobs ( If you look at skills for all the jobs you'll notice that Merc/Slayers have more and more usefull skills than other classes I.e. 20 point skills in 4th)
Has like 3 ulitmates (400% raduis range give or take). One of which is spamable as long as you have the Force
Basic skill attack has no cost

Con:
Needs force to use skills. charging is really fast though
button mashing makes you tired.
