The boss looks pretty good, but i don't really like his attacks. I expected something... bigger, stronger, they really look like players' attacks, not something i'd expect from a boss with 2 billions HP. :x

Ouch.. that probably just means one thing.. which is that they want to make an even better one from scratch or revamp JMS one before adding it back.
I just hope that, if this is the case, GMS will get the updated one as well.. I'm fairly sure KMS can do an even better job than JMS if they want to.
After looking at the resistance makes me think that demon slayers are going to be the gaiden class of the resistance. That fat teacher who fell in love with a black wings member I thinks is a standard warrior for the resistance. Probably to much thought in to this.
Dude if that dominator pendant is scrolled 5 times with those 70% scrolls and 2 hammers you get a 60 all stat 20 attack pendant...

The other buffs aren't so much. Final Blow doesn't blow chunks and Tempest isn't a flaming joke anymore now that it makes Judgement BROKEN (700% 3 times anyone?). High Defense was also buffed, and swift move was buffed to the point where you'll only mob with Final Toss for eternity now and 1vs1 with OS+FB. Good God, I don't even know which skill to take points out of anymore.
And LOL @ SKB for trying so hard. 25 attack? We have energizers. 215 to both defences? LOL. 90% less damage needed to KB stuff? NOT NEEDED. Fail.
Yup, Cross Hunter's storyline is way different from the Silent Crusade.
Also, people are saying that Akyrum used to be a priest at the Temple of Time.
The new smart KB stacks with attack potions, which makes it much more helpful now. Points will probably have to be taken out of fenrir and judgment for it. I still don't think judgment is very good even with tempest's passive just because of how slow it is and that fact that you have to combo recharge after. I already almost never use fenrir except in PvP. The sudden strike improvement is huge though, I'm pretty sure final toss will now be vastly superior to overswing and final blow even on single targets unless a boss has such an extremely high PDRate that final blow's ignore property pushes it over the top. Overswing's only practical advantages are really its vertical range and damage in PvP, and I'm not sure that is worth the 60 SP investment.

This is the map where you fight Akyrum (there's not really two Rhinne, the one not in ice is an NPC that probably disappears and gets frozen when Akyrum is summoned)

This person is collecting information about Akyrum and his attacks. He has a new status effect that traps you in rock and you have to press the left and right arrow keys multiple times to escape.
^ It seems just really weird to have a map with ALL the Job NPCs when there's still 2 Heroes missing.

Wait, the black mage got the cygnus empress at the past AND in the future?
If the KoC class gets to release their "full power" and gets a raised level cap up to 200, I would be the happiest person ever. That would be just plain awesome.
IT should happen. They would just need to be readjusted so they aren't stronger than the other jobs through their leveling, aswell as adding the option in lvl 120 to choose between becoming an Ultimate adventurer or keep going on the path of the Knights. I'd like to see this happen.
I just got a question, maybe It has been answered already here but I can't read the whole thread right now. What's the point of fighting Akhyrum or the Black Mage in the past? Because the way I see it there are only 2 options, either you're fighting in a pararel version of the past that has no bearing with the present or you are becoming part of the resistance force that fought the Black Mage the first time. Either way the Black Mage will still exist in the present and is causing chaos around, so I see no point on expanding the storyline to the past or the future unless there's some key to know on how to kill him.

wait wait, does that mean that if you have it maxed, the immunity=the cooldown, so you have to wait until the crash wears off to use another, or it means crash->20 seconds->immunity for the next 20 seconds?
i think it's the first, as i can't see how else it would work, but see them do something wrong.
Bugs fixed:
- Character items now show their names.
- Character set bonuses are now listed separately from the set items.
Basically means you can't MC lock bosses anymore.
You "Crash" for 20sec -> It wears off -> Boss can't be "Crashed" for the next 20sec -> 20sec are up -> Next person can "Crash" for 20sec.
All it means is only 2 people can Magic Crash a boss per minute now, instead of needing 3 people to "Crash Lock".

It's kind of interesting to see how Leafre and ToT has changed over the years..
Ok I think I get the gist of the story here. So akyrum makes a crack in time in the Temple of Time to go back to the past to kill off the heroes before they can seal off the Black Mage as well as seal the Time Goddess in the process. So the heroes+adventurers+cygnus need to go follow him through the crack, defeat him, and undo the damage he's done.
So the cross brigade quests were turned into a part of the past through which I guess, you somehow help the Heroes to recover and fight the Black Mage a second time. Spadow was wondering how versions that already have the Cross brigade would do to addapt this quests when the timee comes, but I say these versions (like GMS) only have to change the appareance of the NPCs in the past to differenciate them from the cross brigade ones.

He says that you need the Cross Hunter questline to do the Akyrum crap. I wonder how that is going to change in our version?
Stopping Akyrum in the past will only create an alternate timeline where the Black Mage is still sealed..meaning we still have to fight The Black Mage in our time. Imagine if both of these Black Mages came into contact with each other and did DBZ Fusion! I guess that could be why we have to defeat him? Mind you it would be fairly silly..and no the world does not implode when two of the same things come into contact, that is theory and MS isn't very realistic anyways. They'll be Black Mage(Past) and Black Mage(Present)

It's really a no-win scenario.
All of the Cygnus Knights are far too similar to their Adventurer counterparts.
Giving them new skills would just lead to existing classes being trivialized.
Let's not forget the extra 70 SP that CKs get and the double Blessing effect they give, two things that would need to be balanced (i.e. nerfed).
CKs perfectly serve their purpose: being easy mode.

Hm, it's looking like pot cooldown isn't enforced in this map so far. Unless he pulls off some crazy BS abilities when his health gets low, I guess he isn't meant to be harder than Cygnus.
Seems like it will be very easy to tell when his damage reflect is going up as well. It seems Spadow didn't get reflected until the very end of the animation.
What's with the darker versions of Timer, Zeno, and Deo?
