Successful Kiritas Invasion Guidelines
1. at least SIX quest farmers from the very start.

Intro

The name may suggest it is only for European players, but it is not. It's linked though, as it's main requirement is that you play during 'European times'. This being somewhere around 2AM till 3PM PST.

The main reason is because it is hard to find friends when you're from a different continent in a different timezone. So I am trying to bring these players together with my guild so we can have fun together.

We're pretty new and only have 3 active members right now (myself included) please don't let this keep you from joining.

There is a guild forum, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link that here.

What do we do?

Right now, we're having a silly 'challenge' to try out (Explorer) classes we've never tried before. We entered them into a randomiser and played them. Lack of creativity made us name them Orue. (which is Euro backwards). This has caused some hilarious comments. Since we're all around the same level, it's fun to PQ together and help each other out with quests.

When we hit higher levels, we do bosses together, like Hilla and get killed 9001 times. We're far from 'pro' or 'funded' but who cares as long as you're having fun.

I also like to help out with funding if needed or help by reselling your items in my FM store. (since not everyone can/wants to spend real money on this game.)

Requirements

There are no other requirements other then that you're expected to follow the general ToS from Maplestory.
No level, class, mesos or NX requirements.
You can add as many active characters as you want. (active being that you play them at least once a week.)

I'm a junior master of the guild Virtus. Lately, we haven't seen as much activity as we'd like, so we're looking to recruit some new members for our guild.

About Us

History

The guild was made by Slavves, and the leader position was passed through to SugarSouffle when she became inactive. Around this time last year, we were compromised when a junior got hacked and the hacker kicked every non-junior in the guild, resulting in a loss of several thousand GP. Not too long after, SugarSouffle became inactive as well and our leader once again changed hands to ArcherMajik, who then quit and finally leadership was passed down to the current leader, BadAsBlades.

What We Do

2x training parties (sometimes)

Lots of boss runs

Just fun chatting. If you're uncomfortable with the chatter that you'll see in the alliance chat, this isn't the guild for you. I'll be honest though; we're not chatting 24/7. There will be moments when we're all talking and it's really lively, but there'll be moments of complete silence. Don't be too disappointed if we don't respond sometimes; we have other commitments as well.

Alliance

We are currently part of the Specialists alliance in Broa, consisting of Clarity, HeroesRampage, Continuum, and ourselves. We are missing a fifth guild, so if your guild is looking for an alliance let us know!

Can I Join?

We don't have a level or range requirement, just come out and have fun whenever you can.

No illegitimacy of any kind is tolerated (hacking, scamming, KSing without reason, being disrespectful to others).

As said before, we do talk a lot at times, but we are very quiet at others. I'm hoping for some people who can bring something to our conversations. Talkative, friendly people are encouraged to join us. For this reason we'd like potential members to be active. I don't mean 12 hours a day 7 days a week active, but if you can stick around and chat for a little it does make the experience that much better.

We understand that people have commitments outside of Maplestory, so if you have to leave for more than 1 week for any reason, please let us know and we won't kick you during a guild clean-up.

Okay, so I assume you now have a pretty good idea about what we're all about. But, if you still have a few questions I'll elaborate a bit. FishSlap is a guild based in El Nido (and GAZED) and was created August 31, 2013 (today). Our goal as a guild is to try and bring back the community feel that was once the norm in MapleStory. Our guild currently only has 20 slots available (okay, maybe that's because I'm broker than a bandit whose favorite past time is blowing money up for kicks) which although will be sure to expand, is forcing us to maintain a tight knit community of players. I'm sure you all have had the experience of joining a guild with 100 slots that is allied with several other guilds and only the same 5 people log on daily (or weekly). Our goal is to first and foremost get to know everyone in the guild and try and you know, do normal things like talk and hang out. If this sort of "human interaction" interests you, then please feel free to read on.

So, I heard you guys hit each other with fish for fun...

Although we all try to carry a Frozen Tuna on hand in case we get the urge, there is more to life than slapping each other with fish. LOL chyeah right, who am I kidding that's total BS. In between our fish slapping sessions we do engage in normal guild activities. Although at the moment FishSlap isn't a guild questing, boss hunting, noob killing powerhouse we are currently looking for a good alliance that can fulfill all your egotistical bossing needs and then some.

We're a casual guild and we built up the guild to give people a chance to settle in and befriend each other. I've been really proud of our current members, and I had a nice chance to meet and talk to a variety of people. Sadly, we're at a point where people have gone inactive for a while and the guild is starting to die down.

We're currently aligned with the Lore alliance, and I am the guild master for GAUDI. We have a relaxed sort of culture going for us so far, but I do have a few rules I'd like new recruits to keep in mind:

If you're contemplating leaving your guild for our guild, I don't recommend you do so - give them another chance, talk with your guild master to see what can be different for you to have a nicer time with your current guild (if you're in one). If things don't work out, let me know.
I won't tolerate people who instigate ks fights and expect people from our guild and alliance to back them up, handle your own crap please.
Of course, I won't take in people who I suspect have a lot of baggage (scamming, hacking, etc.)
Check our BBS for updates, there are a lot of little nice things that come up from time to time, don't miss out!
Keep lewd comments, and foul language to a minimum especially in the alliance chat, that goes for spamming of any kind. If someone complains, chances are it's bothering other people too.
A lot of our guild members work, or have school (yes even during the summer). I don't expect you to be super duper active, and I won't remove you if you let me know if you're going on hiatus.
Most of our players play on PST, and EST, and speak English fluently.
If you're new, give the guild a chance and get to know someone in the guild, that's all I ask for really.
I only maintain a small number of Jrs, I pick them arbitrarily, so please don't beg to be a Jr.
